Dream Sofa bed
I was looking for a sofa bed which had a Californian beach vibe with no arms. Found the perfect one at Willow and Hall, very classy and gorgeous linen fabric. The ordering process was great. Slight problem when sofa arrived as fabric sample and sofa fabric didn’t match as new fabric batch was slightly different. Contacted customer service and sofa collected promptly and alternative fabric selected. Only negative thing I would say is that for the quality of the item they sell, they do not use a proper sofa delivery company.

Lovely sofa, although a mechanism is faulty so just in the process of resolving that with them. No biggie. Looks great.

Appley sofa bed
Appley sofa bed. This sofa bed is perfect for my spare room. It’s beautifully made, great quality and according to guests very comfortable too. It’s a bit awkward to put back to a sofa once it’s down though. There is a knack but it takes a bit of effort and you need to be strong! Delivery was a bit touch and go. I’d measured everything but drivers said they couldn’t get it around the curve of the stairs when they arrived. They disagreed with one another. In the end I agreed to unpacking it before they brought it upstairs and it went up no problem ( which I knew it would)! All in all I’m really happy and would recommend.

Smooth process, great sofa
The ordering process was easy and we liked being able to order a variety of fabric swatches to compare. We were kept up to date re manufacture and delivery timescales and the sofa bed was delivered when we expected. We are really impressed with the quality and comfort of the sofa bed.

Well Design Sofa Bed from Willow & Hall
The Willow & Hall sofa bed that I got is great. The design is beautiful and it is comfortable. Easy to pull out to form the bed and push back in as a sofa. Good sofa bed is not easy to find, I would highly recommend Willow & Hall.

Excellent customer service and quality product
We are very happy with the quality of the sofa beds. We had a 3 seater and upgraded to a seater at a very reasonable price. The delivery team was professional and helpful. We were also sent a swatch before the sofa bed was delivered so we could have a feel of the material and see the colour in the sunlit room.

Thrilled with our quality sofa!
We ordered a corner sofa in our choice of fabric for our new home and have been absolutely thrilled with the quality of the product. Almost a year on, it still looks and feels as good as new. What we also really appreciated was Willow & Hall sending us a swatch of the fabric during the manufacture process so that we could be sure we'd made the right choice. Great customer service and exceptional product quality!

High quality sofa baed - online purchase
Online purchase of sofa bed was facilitated by websites' excellent details and photos. These allowed us to make accurate and clear choices of size, design, fabric, delivery, payment etc, thus reducing the risk of ordering something unsuitable. In addition, there was a 2-week period for returning the item if it did not meet expectaions.

Ordering a sofa knowing that I wouldn’t…
Ordering a sofa knowing that I wouldn’t be able to see it in the flesh before buying was a little scary. I shouldn’t have worried. My Alderton corner sofa bed in hunter green velvet is absolutely beautiful. It looks stunning and is well-made and comfortable both as a sofa and occasional bed. My only criticism is that I would have liked to order some additional scatter cushions in a complimentary fabric but never received an answer to my enquiry.
