I was pretty picky about what I wanted from my sofabed and am delighted to say Willow and Hall managed to tick every box! Perfect size for the (limited) space I had, beautiful fabric, comfortable to sit on and gives a good night’s sleep. It was ready when they said it would be and the delivery team were great too.

From the ease of bespoke ordering online to delivery of high quality furniture this company really have exceeded our expectations, thanks to all.

Excellent service from Willow and Hall. We were hesitant to order a sofa bed from somewhere without trying but this was the only place doing a style we wanted at a reasonable price. We were delighted with how many colour options and fabrics were available and the fact the items are made to order. We placed an order without requesting fabric samples first as we had a good idea of what we wanted, but it was a nice touch that they sent the fabric in the colourway we picked out by post just in case so we could be sure (without us requesting this) and informed us we’d be able to change if we weren’t happy. The sofa bed arrived in about 4 weeks as advertised and is excellent quality and very comfortable - have had rave reviews from our guests so far. After a lot of searching (there isnt a website, flea market and store I didnt visit!) and financial engineering (why are sofas so expensive), I decided to invest in a Willow and Hall Atworth Sofa and let me tell you - it is a thing of beauty! The quality and craftsmanship, the color options and the comfort is unmatched. Used the measurement guide on the website and asked for assistance on call and the team helped me choose the right size, squishiness for my use and the sofa now occupies a place of pride in my living room. I would strong recommend getting fabric samples and using the handy measurement guide. Great service, would definitely recommend!

I am very pleased with my sofa from W&H they were helpful at every stage and delivery went well. However I was promised proof of scotchguarding which hasn’t appeared so a bit disappointed there. But the actual sofa I am very pleased with is of high quality

I ordered a sofa bed at their showroom explained there was not much room for wiggle at the entrance, also showing pictures. Was told it was OK as the minimum requirement width for the door for that particular style was 68cm, mine is 69cm. Was ready on time, when the delivery turned up the sofa did not even make it off the van as it turns out it was 2 inches (5-6cm) wider than my 69cm door according to the delivery team, they did not even bother trying to fit it. Called customer services and they said they never go against what the delivery team says, offered an alternative which will take another 5 weeks to turn up and a completely different style from my preferred choice and again the delivery team will decide on the day if it can fit through the door or not.
UPDATE 10/09/2025 I ordered a new sofa and sent the company precise access specifications complete with pictures, however when on the day of delivery the team was going to refuse to deliver AGAIN, after getting me to sign a disclaimer for damages to the property. They asked me to remove the safety door at the bottom of the stairs for them, which is impossible to do. I did order removable arms, but they would not take the packaging off in order to remove arms and feet. Luckily my husband and a contractor that was at my place put their foot down had the packaging and the feet removed and carried the sofa upstairs themselves, which for £75 delivery fee should have not happened. The sofa is nice, but again BEWARE OF ACCESS ISSUES, because unless they have wide berth to deliver, your sofa will be returned to the warehouse. Unfortunately, the company will not argue with the delivery team, which makes it completely unreliable.

Love love my Alderton sofa bed - it’s beautiful and so comfortable, the actual sofa bed is a bit smaller than expected but I still love it

I absolutely love my Willow & Hall sofa. I have the Alderton sofabed and I am writing this review for people considering this sofa, as there weren't many when I was deciding on whether to buy it. I have had the sofa for 6 months now and I still love it and am so happy with it. I stuck with the reflex foam option as I wanted no maintenance and I find it comfortable, supportive, and beautiful. The sofabed is so easy to operate and also so comfortable! I stuck with the basic open sprung mattress as it will be used infrequently and I have slept on it myself a few times, it is so comfortable.

I couldn't be happier with my sofa. It is a showstopper and I get so many compliments. It is high quality and well made, I can tell it will last a long time.

Everything was fine with delivery, it came in time and I had no problem.

Everything was very smooth from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, samples arrived fast. When we ordered the sofa, we ordered from a different name to what we used for samples. So they sent a sample thinking I haven’t ordered so I can check before the sofa is produced. I felt this was really thoughtful. The sofa arrived at the time previously confirmed, delivery details were provided and it got delivered to its place in the house. Not to mention that the sofa is well built, opens easily, material is great and it is super comfy.

Bought an L shaped sofa bed, brilliant quality, very comfortable! Delivery was on time with good communication and well managed. Our only downside, Sofa bed is not quite the size of a small double so is very small, a large single really, not quite what we wanted but will have to do. I think given the size of the sofa an extra few cms could have been added to the bed section

The service before receiving the sofa bed was good, and arrived on time. I really like the pine corduroy fabric! The sofa looks good but unfortunately the bed part of the sofa is below satisfactory. I was hoping for a good quality sofa bed that can be used regularly as a sofa and a bed, but unfortunately this is not the case with the sofa beds from Willow and Hall. I messaged the team a couple weeks ago about my dissatisfaction with the sofa bed mattress and cushions already losing firmness after 6 weeks but have not had a reply. I ordered the pocket sprung mattress, which is more pricey and advertised as 'absurdly comfortable'. However this is not the case, the mattress is awfully soft and sinks in so much and is not comfortable to sleep on for longer periods...the slats of the bed are very uneven too. I have to now purchase a new mattress, even though I paid more for a pocket sprung mattress. Im disappointed as I now have to pay off a £1.6k sofa bed which I'm not happy with.

Easy ordering process with all the choices clearly laid out. It is possible to order samples of upholstery to get the colours right. I was kept well informed during the manufacturing process and there was good communication about the delivery. The two guys who delivered were very helpful, quick and efficient. The actual sofa bed has surpassed expectations, in appearance, design and functionality.

These sofa frames are well made and sturdy. The design works well for us and the fabric we chose is gorgeous. However, the silicone fibre cushions are the most uncomfortable I have ever owned which surprised me a lot since they are the most expensive sofas I have bought. The cushions are rounded and do not give easily. Not all good for lying on if your not over 10 stone. After a lot of delays and a pointless call out, I paid the have the seat pads changed to the only other option of feather lined silicon fibre, which are a bit more comfortable to lie on but the truth is the dfs sofa I bought 15 years ago is far more supportive and comfortable, even after years of heavy use and that is what I use to relax on. Bizarrely, the option to have the back cushions replaced too wasn't an option accepted by Willow an Hall and I will now be seeking a cushion maker to replace them all. These were bought in September 2024 and it's taken until this week to get this far. If it's comfort you're looking for, I recommend Try Before You Buy from Willow and Hall, I am less than impressed.

A really lovely company who go out of their way to make the experience of buying and aftercare 5 star. I ordered a sofa and although a beautiful design and perfect size I was unsure on the fabric chosen. The aftercare team were amazing and were able to sort the issue swiftly and professionally. Would definitely recommend and would order again. Well done Willow and Hall.

I really appreciated time and help of team (I think Shaun and Elle) during my visit to their Twickenham showroom. They clearly have pride in their product and they are quite right to - quality is excellent. I'm pleased with my Atworth sofa bed which was delivered in promised timeline in just less than 4 weeks post order.

Beautiful, comfortable clearance sofa bed, super comfy with thick, plush fabric and incredibly comfy open spring mattress. I was unnecessarily cautious about ordering online. Pocket sprung may be better for regular use but this is the comfiest sofa bed we have ever had and our 3 seater is all but a UK double size so could easily take a topper. Will definitely order from Willow & Hall again. Friendly, helpful delivery drivers. The only thing that slightly bothered me was that I was asked to sign a damage disclaimer before they brought in the sofa but absolutely no damage caused. I ordered a sofa bed specifically because in the description it said that there is storage underneath the sofa, but when it arrived there was absolutely no storage under the sofa. If you want to purchase from them maybe see if they have a showroom and check things out thoroughly before purchasing.
