Holly went above and beyond helping with our sample dresses, from choosing sizes to including a third sample dress to try on. Samples were received so fast, neatly packed and with accessories like bandeaus and sliders. Will definitely be ordering, not only have we found the perfect colour, the quality of the material and samples were outstanding and Holly has been so flexible with sizing for my slender teenage bridesmaids!

An incredible experience from start to finish. Holly was so helpful, going above and beyond to discuss all the finer details to ensure we got the right thing. The dress is stunning and my teenage bridesmaid loves it!

Holly has been really helpful at every step, from the swatches which arrived really quickly to helping with multiple questions about my order! It was helpful for my bridesmaids to be able to try the sample dresses and we all loved the colours.

Really great customer service and amazing dresses!
Ordered some sample dresses which arrived in a couple days. They also added the bandeau and accessories, single and double-layered dresses so that we can see how everything looks.
Unfortunately, they didn't have one of the dresses I wanted to try, which was a bit sad but instead they sent me a couple others that had some of the same features as the one I wanted initially.

Such a glorious fabric! Stretchy and so smooth, feels like I'm wearing a pyjama.

Any time I need formal wear this place will be top of my list! I purchased my daughters dress for my wedding back in June, and I completely forgot to get the sashes for her and my other flower girls! I emailed Holly frantically last week and she couldn’t of been more helpful! Baring in mind my wedding is in 2 weeks, and I didn’t think I’d be able to get them in time. They have arrived today and they are perfect. Holly has kept me updated throughout the delivery process, and even sent a little note in with my order! I’m so so impressed, and cannot recommend this lovely business enough!!

Great service, fast delivery.

Overall the quality of the dresses provided were fantastic, the delivery time was super quick and the experience is general was very professional and luxurious. However one of the sample fabric colours we had ordered was not included in the package and instead other colours had been sent in its place. This is a very nice compensation but unfortunately that colour was the one we wanted to see most. As well as this, the dress arrived with a very small stain on the front, no bigger than a 10 pence piece but kind of ruined the experience of putting it on. Furthermore, a second dress was provided so that we could compare the one layered and two layered fabric but the dress was 3 sizes too small and therefore could not actually be tried on.

Genuinely do not understand all the positive reviews for this dress.

For £130 I cannot understand why the dress is so cheap looking. It is all raw-hem, and the multi-way is not accurate as many of the styles cause you to feel unsafe with any form of movement, such as me bending over to pick something up and proceeding to flash people. I would pay £40 for this dress and no more. Do not buy and save yourself from the waste of money.

It took just over 6 weeks to be mailed to me which is fair but was not until I emailed that it got sent to me the next day, which makes me believe it was forgotten about.

Very well made dresses, requested sample dresses which is a wonderful idea and helpful when unsure which style, length etc would best suit.

Having the returns bag and labels all sorted makes purchase so appealing and better experience.

Ivory dresses high quality fabric mean not see-through!

Holly offers great service and lovely personal touches even when just ordering sample dresses to try on. The dresses were really good quality material and felt lovely to wear against my skin. I only didn’t order after the sample dresses because the wedding is abroad and I felt it would be too hot as I’d need a double layer due to the light bridesmaid dress colour. Thank you though for an easy & organised transaction and a lovely online shopping experience.

The customer service was truly excellent. Swatches and then sample dresses were sent very promptly, and Holly was very accommodating when we needed to keep the sample dresses for a little longer to make sure all the bridesmaids had a chance to see them. Once we placed our order the dresses arrived in a little over 4 weeks. We are delighted with them. The quality is really good and we can't wait to see the bridesmaids wearing them on the day. Would recommend Willow & Pearl without hesitation.
