Started out good, unfortunately a small issue and subsequent poor service, ruined the whole experience
Well unfortunately the post delivery experience hasn’t gone well. We had a simple issue, a missing knob screw but it stalled us being to fully use our new bathroom. Normally this would be easy fix but these “Made in Taiwan” Vanities use an odd/ fine thread pitch screw and none of my extras would fit. Anyway I thought we’d be able to contact them and have them replace our missing screw. However this required multiple calls and emails, and finally they “approved” a replacement screw, but I would need to drive across town to retrieve it. I must deal with another inconvenience despite it being missing from our unit to begin with. Not sure I’ve ever experienced such a low regard for the customer experience and frankly very disappointing after having spent $4500.
