Great assistance! This company goes over and above the call of duty! They did an excellent job of addressing all of our concerns throughout the process of installing our vanities. We would never hesitate to purchase from this company as their products are very high quality and their customer service is exceptional. Every question we had was responded to within a day or less. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service here. I had a question about a vanity that I liked. They answered all of my questions quickly and even sent pictures of everything to help me decide on my design. I can’t wait to see my vanity in person!

Website was easy to use and had great features to help you decide. Showroom is very nice and I was given samples to walk around with to help me choose a countertop. Delivery by Daniel and Victor was wonderful. Friendly and professional. Took the time to unbox and look over everything with me. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Customer Service
The front office and delivery team were excellent including Masha, Rain, and Daniel. After some minor damage was discovered on one of the original vanities I ordered, the team took care of it immediately. A replacement was received in 2 business days and looks great! The entire Willow Team delivered exceptional customer service taking great care not to damage my floors/walls, etc. The deliveries arrived on time and delivery workers were very polite as well. And best of all…the vanities look great!
