I’m sorry to hear that our order processing and response times have been slower than you hoped for. We completely understand how frustrating this can be.

However, of the three emails we’ve received from you, our team has responded within 1–2 working days each time. One reply was sent the same day, one the following day, and one was sent on the next working day, early on Monday morning, following the weekend.

Our customer service is closed over the weekends, which is why you didn’t receive a reply to that email as quickly as you did on the other two occasions.

In terms of order processing, we aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 working days, as advised on each product page, our delivery terms on the website, and in your order confirmation. While we often dispatch orders sooner than this, the 2–4 working day timeframe is the timeframe we provide to allow for busier periods and ensure that customers have a clear expectation of when their order will be dispatched.

I hope this helps to explain why you didn’t hear from us as soon as you were hoping for, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We would like to look into how we can make it easier for you to store our food.
It is not mentioned which of our foods you have purchased, but our Cold Pressed dry dog food can be kept in the original bag witht he top folded/rolled down, and stored in a cool, dry, breathable place, away from temperature fluctuations and moisture. Our treats can be kept in the same place as the Cold Pressed, just reseal the treats bag once you have finished. Our Fresh Steamed pouches can be kept in a cool, dry cupboard, and once opened, you can fold the top over and clip it down with a peg or bulldog clip, and keep it in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Our subscriptions are based on the quantity and frequency selected at the time of placing the order, rather than us automatically calculating how much food is needed (you can choose any next order date and frequency of days, weeks, or months once your subscription is up and running), so we’d be very happy to help make sure yours is set up with the right amount, frequency and next order date for your dog, so please get in touch with our lovely Customer Service team, if you haven't already.

I am sorry for any disappointment caused by our shipping/delivery times. We aim to ship our orders within 2 - 4 working days, as explained on our website and in our order confirmations, and at the moment, we don’t dispatch over weekends. Both of your orders were placed on Fridays, and shipped on either the next Monday or Tuesday, and delivered within 1 day. While both were within our stated delivery timeframe, please chat with our team if the order days/dates don't suit you, and they will help you move them to a day/date that suits you better.
