After being let down by our usual dog…
After being let down by our usual dog food I had to hastily find another food my very fussy miniature poodle (Millie) would eat! I couldn't believe it when I put Wilsons food down Millie was straight in and eat every last crumb! She didn't evan do that with the previous food! Wish I had found Wilsons before.

New customer, very happy
I had to move my dog to a new food as her regular food was recalled. After some research, I chose Wilsons fresh food and I couldn’t be happier. We didn’t have time to transition so she went from one food to the other overnight, she’s been on it just over a week with absolutely no problems. She loves all of the flavours so far so we’ve subscribed. Very happy customer.

Dog was poorly from the food and refused to eat after. I contacted Wilsons but they wouldn't accept a return and didn't acknowledge that my dog was ill from their product.

We are really sorry to hear that your lovely dog did not get on well with our food, but it can take some dogs a little longer than others to get used to the easily and quickly digestible nature of our food when switching from a traditional kibble.
I have checked our replies to your emails, and our CS representative did say in her reply: "I am so sorry to hear that your lovely dog is not getting on with our food!", and, as explained in the email, and on our website, we do not accept return requests for opened bags.
As seen in our reviews, there are many dogs with sensitive tummies on our food and doing great. However, we understand that our food may not suit all dogs, which is why our smaller 2kg Premium bags are a great way to try our food without committing to a larger bag.
We hope that you choose to try us again, but if not, we hope you find a food that suits your lovely dog!

So far so good, food seems to be of great quality. We have purchased gluten and grain free in the hope that it will help with yeasty problems in our dog. Only had it a few days so can’t comment on that, the company doesn’t make those claims, it’s just us hoping it will!!
The service and subscription has been outstanding and would definitely recommend!

After the drama with a recall from another brand, we had to find a good quality food asap for our frenchie. Ordered a trial pack for Wilson’s and he seems to really like all the flavours!! The food is great quality and came with fast delivery. Will definitely order again

Wilson's is great, DHL not so much
The food and the shipment and packaging is always great. The first food I've found my dogs love and are not allergic too. No hives, sickness, nothing.
Only downside is the delivery company. DHL have locked my front door with putting deliveries under handles, left packages just inside the gate right next to public paths as it was more important to pick fruit from my tree than deliver my parcel to the door

Good dog food
Good website, love the subscription service and how flexible this can be + the rewards which are a nice little suprise when arrived.
One of my puppies came on Wilson's raw and cold pressed from her breeder.
We now use the Wilson's cold pressed for my dogs and they both eat and enjoy it.
Would be 5 stars but I do get a lot of crumble/dust at the bottom of each bag which means we do lose out on actual pieces of food.
Great, quick delivery service which helps if we have used more of one bag and need another so we aren't panicking.
Both dogs do well on the food and haven't had any problems so far.
