Could not fault the company or delivery it was on time and no problems. Issue is ordered 3 bags and my 2 will not eat any.

In addition to the fact my dogs love the food the customer service is absolutely first class. Had an issue changing my payment method and they resolved it quickly and efficiently. All the messages are personal and so helpful.

First time of ordering
First time of ordering , we have an 11 month old Bedlington terrier who needs a low copper content food and is transitioning from puppy to adult food . Wilson’s delivers what we need for him and the service was fantastic. It’s early days but going well , he likes the taste and his poops are more solid 😊

A easy process from start to finish,my dogs love the wild boar,venison and pheasant bites which I use for training treats.I know they are getting good quality natural treats .Delivery is always speedy and great communication. 5 🐾 from us.

Great dogs food and good customer service
Have used Wilsons since was dog was young and have Always had a good experience with Wilsons dog food. When I have had a issue I have contacted them and they always get back promptly and sort the issue. Delivery is quick too. Thankyou

Well, this company is not been very right to me at the moment they went and ordered dog food on me and I didn’t expect it. It comes up on their site. When would you like it? Ordering and I put 10 weeks because my dog‘s not been eating the food very well on most sites I’ve tried now so I wanted to give this food to go and I’m still trying at the moment. I’ve still got packages left it’s very awkward dog and it’s very hard to feed. I miss Nanna. is mummy left him with me so I wanted to take my time and doing this dog food so apparently they sent me some food out and if they’ve received it back now and taking money out of my bank and I’ve asked since Sunday and it’s Thursday today I phoned several times. I’ve been on Instagram the business chat and they’re very upset that I haven’t had a word back. I’ve had one or two emails but nothing to say that they’re gonna do anything that they’re just sorry about this situation. Well I’m sorry I went with this company. I want a full refund and I’m not getting any further. I phoned up when I get the phone gets put down. It cuts me off. I’ve left two messages now which I’ve been lucky to do so I can’t give them any stars really I’ve given them one. I would like my refund as soon as possible. I’m leaving this message on here on trustpilot because I don’t think they deserve to have any reviews of me or anybody actually I don’t have anybody’s trust in them.

Just not for my dog.
The main reason I purchased was for the nutrition and needing to remove certain things from my pups diet but he is also fussy and decided he was not touching this at all. I tried everything but just not for him unfortunately.

I am sorry to hear that your lovely dog is not enjoying our food. It can take some dogs a little longer to get used to the more natural taste of our food, as we don't add any sugars, bulkers/fillers, or artificial flavourings.
You could try adding one or two pellets of our Cold Pressed food to their previous food, mixing in a small amount of water to blend the flavours, then gradually increase the amount of our food (while decreasing their previous food) as they get used to the taste. If they are resistant to start, you can soak the pellets so they mix in more effectively.
