Awful
I have been a customer for a considerable time and something is going very wrong at their end. Using a delivery company that is beyond useless and tells me my food has been delivered when it was certainly not delivered. No prompt answer to emails and you can never speak with someone on the phone, your leave a message request a call back that does not happen. Extremely disappointed with the service I am receiving.

We completely understand and share how frustrating and disappointing it is when a delivery doesn't arrive as expected, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the courier.
To provide a little more context, we received your first email at 4:09pm, and our automatic acknowledgement was sent immediately. This confirmed our usual email response time of 24–48 hours (or slightly longer during busy periods) and included our telephone opening hours of 9am–4pm, Monday to Friday.
We also received your voicemail after our phone lines had closed for the day, followed by a second email less than two hours after your initial enquiry requesting a refund rather than a replacement. Unfortunately, your review was posted before we had the opportunity to respond to your enquiry in line with our published customer service times.
Our customer service team has since responded to your enquiry and addressed the options available to resolve the matter. We always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible and would have welcomed the opportunity to assist before the review was posted.
While the delivery issue was outside our direct control, we take feedback about our courier partners seriously and continually review their performance to help improve our service.
We're genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. If there's anything further we can do to help, our customer service team remains on hand and will be happy to assist.
