Amazing Results and Exceptional Customer Care ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the customer service from Wilsons.
My dog has a chicken allergy, which has made finding a suitable food really difficult. Since switching to Wilsons, she absolutely loves her meals, and the improvement has been amazing. Her itching has reduced significantly, and she’s so much happier and more comfortable. It’s such a relief to have found a high-quality food that agrees with her and that she genuinely enjoys eating.
I also want to give a special mention to Danielle from the customer service team. She has been absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. When there was an issue with my delivery, she responded quickly, kept me updated, and arranged for the missing items to be sent out without any hassle. Her support really made the whole experience stress-free.
Excellent products backed up by excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wilsons to other dog owners, especially those with dogs who have allergies.

Great product, great service
My 10 year old little terrier loves Wilson’s new fresh range, usually a fussy eater, mealtimes now are a pleasure. It’s so great to have the benefits of fresh in any easy to use, cupboard ready form. Whenever I have contacted customer services they have been excellent and really helpful. Highly recommended.

Great service from Willsons
Great service from Willsons, fast response to emails, food smells great. I have two Akitas which are extremely fussy with food. They seem to like this so far so good. Website is great also you can switch flavours up so they don’t get bored and can change delivery schedules. An app would be a great addition with the same website functionality. 5stars ⭐️

Excellent dog food
Excellent dog food. My three are thriving on the venison and trout. It has been difficult to find high quality food without varies additives in order to deal with different allergies in two of my dogs. Highly recommend.
