Ik ben mijn fiets windgoo b22 van 1 maand oud al 3 maanden kwijt voor reparatie. Wat een slechte service van windgoo ik raad het iedereen af om bij windgoo iets te kopen.

Outstanding for me. This is based on service as the product is a Christmas present.there was a sale on the bike, I then got a code for an extra 5% off and the bike was with me within 3 days. Doesn’t get much better than that !!! Well done !!!

Ik werd een tikkeltje bang van de negatieve recensies. Echter toch een bestelling geplaatst op de Nederlandse website van Windgoo.
Perfect geholpen (via de mail) met de keuze voor het fietsje voor mijn zoon. Snelle verzending en snelle reacties via de mail.

Mijn zoon wilde een Windgoo
Mijn zoon wilde een Windgoo, deze had ik besteld maar begreep later dat een gashendel illegaal is. Deze is zonder kosten omgeruild voor een exemplaar zonder gashendel en alleen trapondersteuning.

Zobrazení produktu a ceny.
Zobrazení produktů na stránkách je neúplné, až zavádějící. Takže se lehce spletu v tom co vlastně nakupuji. Ceny taky vysoké. Například jsem chtěl zadní blatník na Windgoo M12. Podle obrázku komplet se světlem a hákem, 20 euro. Skutečnost je taková, že blatník je za 20, zadní světlo 25 a hák 20 euro.
Naopak musím pochválit podporu na e-mailu. Poradili, vysvětlili.

Having a problem with b20 bike
Having a problem with b20 bike. Have the bike a year and had no problems but now when on electric mode the pedals are going around all the time. I sent loads of emails regarding the problem as it is still under warranty but have not received any reply.

Für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Einziges Manko: Die Sattelstütze lässt sich nicht so fest klemmen, dass sie nicht im den Rahmen rutscht. Habe mich hierzu informiert und Montagefett gekauft. Damit konnte ich das Problem lösen.

Terrible
Terrible, don't buy anything from them. The bike is terrible, doesn't work. There is no difference with pedal assistance or without. Does nothing and when i wanted to return it, no coöperation, even when they have 30days return policy. Now i send it back and they clame they didn't receive anything when the tracking shows it is deliverd.

op 10/9/2023 heb ik een fietszadel besteld eannr. 4250311312736 met ordernr.85356 tbv 29€
Vandaag 6/10/2023 postpakket afgehaald mits extra betaling van 23€ douane- en invoerkosten.
Ik ontving een namaak bril in een brilhoes van Ray Ban i.p.v. het fietszadel.
Op 23/10 extra informatie gestuurd op hun vraag. Vandaag krijg ik een antwoord met tekst in 3 talen die over elkaar staan waardoor onleesbaar !! Nederlands,Engels en Chinees denk ik 🙈
Ik denk dat hun reactie op trustpilot een afleidingsmanoeuvre is om een goeie indruk na te laten voor potentiële klanten. Hier blijft een erg ontevreden klant achter…
