These guys are exceptional
These guys are exceptional. They will bend over backwards to help. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again. They are very competitive on price. They will accommodate your bespoke size requirements. When my glass was damaged after arrival they accommodated a replacement and helped at every point. They were extremely helpful and easy to talk to. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you need a window & are conscious of cost definitely try this company. I can only praise them. Three canceled deliveries three…
Three canceled deliveries three canceled bookings with installers one on the actual day. Finally arrived two weeks late with wrong sizes plus an extra small one we had not ordered. However we were reassured that the replacement was ordered also in the wrong size. According to our installer the window quality is excellent.

Ordered on May 21st - windows not arrived yet!
Waited for the advertised expected delivery date, no communication/updates, phoned to enquire when to expect them. No instant answer, call next day to say not until 23rd June, no real reason other than waffle about supply issues.
We await confirmation for delivery on 23rd….
