Ordered it on the 9th of may and supposed to get delivered on the 18th for them to tell me it ll now be delivered on the 3rd of June but still no sign

Easy to order kept updated about order delivered quicker than expected kept updated about delivery driver was friendly and polite , overall an excellent company with good customer services and cheapest pri e we found fir the window which is not reflected in product as window is good quality

Great service. It was easy to order the windows, delivery time was only a few weeks and the windows were delivered into the house by a friendly driver. Would definitely recommend.

The company did what it said it was going to do

Ordered and paid no problem. 10 days later email informing me of date of delivery. No delivery. Phoned to enquire where it was - email back to say order refunded as they couldn’t deliver to my address! Took them 3 weeks to realise this?!?!

If you follow this companies instructions on how to measure your window for a new replacement UVPC window, it will be too narrow for your window. When I contacted them, they said it was my fault. They agreed to sent me UVPC window extension parts but nothing has arrived. They are now - NOT REPLYING to my emails. The window quality looks good but the after sales service from this company is atrocious.

Straight from first contact till now I have had excellent service and communication from Seonaid in the Inverness store
So far I highly recommend this company and look forward to dealing with them again in the future
Pricing is the best that I have seen

Long waiting for the delivery, they have send a email with the delivery date and they asked for someone else to be there so they could help them with the delivery, I tried to contact them prior to delivery day but no luck. So I had to pay for someone a full day to wait there .. and no delivery. Today I was able to talk with someone who told me that they had some issues with the manufacturing process and they didn’t know about that. So they have internal issues and hopefully I will get my window tomorrow.
Is such a shame because I need to replace all the windows for the house… I definitely don’t buy again from them .

Is not one day is 3 days and I still didn’t receive it . On the top of that is that when you ask for someone to be there just consider that not everyone has available at any time a person to help with that delivery so they have to pay for someone. Even if that is your responsibility to provide the delivery.

We’ve not received the window that was due today. So that’s not very good service is it
