Unfortunately the window came without the glass. I had to call them and they told me it broke when they were loading the van- but someone should have called and explained beforehand. I was also told the driver would call one hour before delivery but he didn’t.
I’ve been told to wait for an update on the glass.

Delivery was on time and the company called me before which was very helpful as it's for a special needs school . Product is of high quality and I will recommend using this company. I will be definitely be using again.

Very good and easy

Overdue review. I ordered via email. We had 9 items in total (8 windows and 1 door).

The door unfortunately opened inwards and I didn't think to specify the inward/outward direction in the email. Opening inwards is standard practice within the industry unless specified otherwise. I accepted this was my issue however I think when dealing with the public if something is not specified it should not be assumed (feedback for WSD to consider).

We had good communication from Ray, and it arrived when it should. We missed some end caps (very minor) which were sent very quickly via post. Also had a slightly short bead, which was again rectified quickly.

The larger issue we faced was around the bow window being the incorrect size, there was some back and forth about who was at fault but at the end of the day they resolved it to my satisfaction without cost to me. This is the mark of a good company and for this reason I owed them this review.

I plan to place another order.

Easy to order, and arrived on time

I ordered a single window which I noticed had a small crack after installation. It was replaced immediately with no quibble. Excellent service, friendly knowledgeable staff. I really can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I ordered a grey framed window with a fixed central pane and two side opening panes. All was as described and the quality seems good. Very happy with the service and the end result.

I am not a builder, and was quite unsure on a number of technical aspects regarding the sizes. The help I received over the phone was excellent easy to understand. The windows arrived on the day agreed and I received a call an hour before delivery. The windows were excellent and my builder was extremely impressed with the quality.
