Quality of video not good
Quality of video not good . Can barely see what's written on the board. Not all of them are being jolly . I was expecting some cheerfulness. I am disappointed 😞. I'm not sure I will send this to my boyfriend for his birthday in 2 days .

They kindly reviewed the video and made another one . They asked if I was satisfied but I was not and asked for a refund! No answer! I had to write back to get a reply and of course they can't refund you apparently and I don't know why they bother asking you if you're satisfied or not ! Think twice before investing your money on them !

Update: Our team responded promptly and provided a revised video that aligns with the quality and style shown in our example videos, including the standard chalkboard design. You received exactly what was advertised.
As stated in our policy, digital products are non-refundable once delivered and viewed. While we cannot offer a refund after delivery, we did go above and beyond to address your concerns by providing a free revision.

Really fun gift idea
A really fun gift idea, the guys are truly good, and the one-day delivery was on time, really great.
The only negative thing is the video not being in full HD, unfortunately, the viewing experience isn't the best.

Not received. Paid for 24h delivery!
I paid for 24h delivery and my Order was confirmed. After 24h I still did not receive anything (also checked Spam Folder).
I messaged them and I did not get a reply yet. It is now more than 48h.
The birthday is long over and even if I will receive it somewhen in the next days it will be useless.
