Disappointing Experience – No Order, No Response
I placed an order through the website and the payment was taken immediately. It’s been several days now, and I have received neither the product nor any order confirmation. I've checked both my inbox and spam folder – nothing. I’ve tried reaching out to them but haven’t received any reply. This feels very unprofessional and frustrating, especially after paying for something you never receive.
I hope they sort things out soon – but based on my experience, I can’t recommend them.

We’re happy the video arrived on time and made the moment special.

I ordered a personalized video and was extremely disappointed with the result. The people in the video looked bored, unmotivated, and not even trying. It was meant to be a special message, but I can’t even use it because of how poorly it was made. I immediately reached out to request a refund.
The customer service response was both dismissive and frustrating. First, they claimed the video couldn’t be refunded because it was already "viewed" — a ridiculous excuse, since of course any customer will view what they purchased. Then they kept repeating that personalized videos are non-refundable, even though their website clearly states a 100% money-back guarantee, unless there is fraud or abuse — which is not the case here. I even sent screenshots from their website showing this policy, but they ignored that and continued refusing the refund.
They offered to remake the video, but after such poor service and a lack of accountability, I have no trust in their ability to deliver a quality product. The fact that they stopped replying after I pointed out their own refund policy is unprofessional and unacceptable.
