I would like to say a big thank you to the whole team at Westminster Medical Group , flawless friendly communication from day 1, explained in depth of the process and great follow up care. Very professional, knowledgeable, Friendly team. Great experience would recommend to anyone.

I had an FUE procedure at the front of my head in Oct-20 and have had a great experience from the initial consultation through to the day of the hair transplant.

The team clearly has your best interests at heart and focuses on the importance of not just surgery, but also a long-term, preventative strategy to minimise the risk of needing further transplants.

In terms of the hair transplant itself, I was very pleased that Dr. Rogers gave me a relatively full (but still natural!) hairline. My experience with some other clinics in the UK has been to suggest hairlines that felt too conservative, to the point I was questioning the benefit of going to all of the effort of having a hair transplant! He also appears to be one of the few surgeons who was comfortable with me not shaving my head, which was a massive plus.

My experience with Westminster medical group was absolutely brilliant from the word go. James has helped me so much through the process with answering my questions and keeping me at ease with the whole process. When it came round to the treatment day, Dr Miln and his team were again, so professional from start to finish. The whole Westminster medical group team look after you amazingly, even after my treatment they were checking up on me with making sure I was doing ok.

I had an FUT procedure back in October ‘19 as a birthday treat to myself. I wanted to lower my hairline very slightly and fill in my windows peak areas to thicken my fringe as I have a large forehead and finer than average hair. Having a fringe and long hair concealed any signs of having a hair transplant so that’s handy, and all new hairs now match the length of my fringe which I’m very happy with!

James was very helpful and friendly throughout and answered any concerns I had. All post-op care advice was clear to follow and I healed very quickly which I’m grateful for.

Dr Rogers done an amazing job and I really appreciate how wonderful he and the technicians were. Very professional and caring.

I don’t remember all names but special thanks to Alice, Donna and Sarah for making me feel so relaxed (especially was fun being able to wear my fluffy socks).

The day was quick and nearly painless, I was there approx 9-2:30 (including lunch break). I remember smiling in the cab home telling my friend how great my day had gone.

I highly recommend this team, and would even be tempted to return there myself.

After a few years wondering about undergoing beard transplant I finally decided to give it a go. At the beginning I was worried about the results and the procedure by itself, but my experience with Westminster Medical Group was excellent. Right when I came in the clinic I found out there was nothing to worry about and I was very nicely surprised by the results. James and Dr. Rogers with his team are true professionals and fully take care of you since the beginning till the end with answering your questions days/weeks after included. I am glad I made this choice.

Had a beard transplant recently done with Dr Miln and his superb team who were very professional and attentive.

It was a long day, from 0900hr to about 1930hr and I was made to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the whole procedure, being fully explained to every step of the way.

I think it went very well and am very happy, I look forward to seeing the results in the coming months.

The day of the procedure was as relaxing as it could be and I was superbly looked after from start to finish. Dr Rogers' reputation as a top practitioner in the field is eminently deserved and the rapport between the whole team made you know you were in safe and highly experienced hands.

Had a great experience here, the procedure itself went very smoothly, I was reassured every step of the way. One thing to make sure of when going through this is to pick an organisation which has a lot of experience, and Westminster has it in abundance - my surgeon has been transplanting hair since I was 6 years old! (I'm now 29).

The support prior to and following the surgery is also incredible- I was able to talk to the clinic manager any time both before and after and the clinic manager checked up on me daily following the procedure which was very reassuring! Would definitely reccomend! So you dont just feel like another customer you feel fully taken care of throughout your entire journey, from choosing Westminister right through to your recovery and beyond!

From the moment I made contact with Westminster Medical Group, I knew this was the clinic I would be going with. The customer service and willingness to listen to my needs and wants was clear from the get go. James (Clinic Manager) always made himself available via email/telephone to answer my queries in great detail. James simply always went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

Dr Rogers an individual of skill and a vast professional in leading his team with great respect made sure I was taken care of by himself and the remaining team (Donna and Sarah). Donna and Sarah are extremely friendly and talk you through everything, I was never made to feel alone during the day.

I would 100% recommend the firm to anyone who is looking for any of the procedures the clinic provides. I am sure you will not be disappointed with the end result. Once again, James, Dr Rogers, Donna and Sarah thank you so much.

Doctor Rogers, a true professional with the full respect of the team, a team of 4 possibly 5 very welcoming ladies, happy to engage in conversation to make the day go smoothly, but also allowing silince without an awkwardness.
The advice on departure was brilliant and a follow up email for immediate advice offered over the weekend if needed.

Friendly and informative team. Definitely recommend. The day went like clockwork. The whole experience was geared to ensure I was at the centre of everyone’s care. The clinic booked only me on the day and this meant a day which was not rushed and all care was concentrated on my treatment.

Everything about these guys was outstanding. From the consultation to the procedure and after care. The staff are friendly, talk you through everything and make you feel really comfortable! The end result was incredible and I’m super happy with the work that was carried out.

Very impressed. The day of treatment went extremely well & you felt really well looked after from start to finish. Dr Sebastian & his team were simply amazing. The pre op & post op process was explained clearly. The only negative comment I would give was that I would’ve expected more interaction after the operation. HOWEVER, on saying that, I did email them on day 4 with photo’s just to check & be reassured that everything was healing correctly & going to plan? They emailed me back within 12 hours with a positive response to my pictures and gave further advice on continued aftercare. I do feel that I can get hold of them if need be should I have any problems or concerns. Thank you again team.

I would like to thank the WMG team on Harley Street for all their patience and care. Last year I underwent an FUE hair transplant and am incredibly happy with the result. Highly recommended clinic! A+
