The experience I had with The Westminster team was amazing, from the start to finish. The doctor and the team are very attentive and professional. I am highly recommend this clinic for who are looking for a hair transplant .

The company's reputation speaks for itself. From the day I contacted Westminster Medical Group, everybody made it such an easy experience to go through.

Compared to other consultations I had on Harley Street, I never felt rushed in The Westminster Medical Group. Both the consultant and the surgeon took time to answer all my questions thoroughly which made me feel like they just weren't out to get the money but really cared about their work and patients.

They took great care of me before, during and after the surgery.

I was nervous on the day of the surgery but everybody was knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell they really want to help just by the way they interact with you. The caring technicians shaved my hair, where necessary, and Dr. Sebastian marked the areas where he wanted to place and extract grafts from and showed me everything in the mirror to listen to my preferences.

He was also distracting me with occasional jokes whilst numbing the area to overcome my needle phobia for which I am really thankful!

The whole team was concerned with my comfort. They asked me throughout the procedure to numb any areas where anaesthetic might wear off. Before Dr. Sebastian did anything he explained it to me first which really put me at ease.

The extraction process was painless and it was just a mild vibration I could feel from the electric punch. Despite my nervosity, I actually didn't experience any discomfort.

I was given my lunch during the break and taken to the patient area so I could relax and enjoy some privacy before planting which I really appreciated back then. They kept checking on me to make sure everything was ok. I find this approach extremely warm and friendly. It was all about me that day!

I chose Westminster Medical Group mainly because of expertise and reputable surgeons. I found the surgical team to be highly qualified, extremely professional and skilled in what they do. Excellent care and personal touch sets Westminster Medical Group apart from many that think more commercially.

I have to say this was a fantastic experience overall. I'm very pleased with my new hairline! The procedure was a total breeze all in all, I really don't know why I was dreading it!!! The hardest part was waiting for the hair to actually grow following the procedure, and patience isn't my forte sadly! It takes a good 4-6 months before you see a difference. I'm well over one year now after having it done and I've actually got my quiff back again! Its only been missing for 20 years!!! Big thanks to the whole team on Harley St!

Clinic is in a nice building, newly refurbished in Harley street, the well renowned London medical area, close to tube stations and car park, had no problem getting there in the morning.
