Not sure if they’re a scam website, but I’ve emailed them more than 10 times since returning my order a month ago and they haven’t responded once and I don’t have my money back

I love the Woden sneakers! They are very comfy.

Mit andet par gummistøvler der går op i en limning inden de er to måneder gamle. Jeg skrev til deres kundeservice som efter to dage vendte retur - de kunne ikke hjælpe og jeg skulle i stedet lave en sag i deres Claim Lane. Fair nok. Der står tre dages svartid på deres claim lane. Det er nu seks hverdage siden jeg skrev og jeg har ikke fået svar.
Jeg elsker gummistøvlerne og de er så dejlige at have på. Så hvis de kunne holde vand ude og kundeservice have været fin, så havde jeg været fint tilfreds…

Beautiful and well made boots. Easy web to buy, quick shipping and the boots are not only beautiful, really comfortable and well made.
Although it was my first time buying in Woden, I will repeat and I highly recommend it ;) thanks a lot !!

Absolutely gorgeous boots , look great and super comfy

Sandals that I bought in July were faulty - strap came away from sole on both shoes after only a few wears. Woden replaced the shoes immediately without quibble- hopefully the replacement will fare better

4 weeks and no sign of delivery but worse no reponse or reply to 3 emails to customer service. They have no phone number so you are left to keep emailing.

Last time I tried to order their boots they sent two left shoes - this time they sent nothing. I have to learn my lesson and stop using this company !!

Great shoes terrible service and non existent customer service - waste of money and time !!!

I’ve worn them in my vacation for the past few days and I’m impressed that they’re so comfortable even with so much walking in different countries. I’ll definitely buy more of these sandals with different colors.

Places an order on August 28 and received confirmation of shipping in progress. On the tracking link today's update is that my order was delivered - in Denmark!!

I'm in Switzerland and have not received anything.

As a lover of Woden sneakers (at least 6 pairs over last few years) I was very disappointed when colour ran on the design details, of a reasonably new pair. Because the shop I purchased them from had closed down, Woden would not do anything by way of compensation. Veey disappointed.

Comfy and stylish trainers, well-made and well worth their price!

Ich liebe meine Woden Gummistiefel, weil sie wunderbar bequem sind und mich bei Wind und Wetter begleitet haben. Leider nur ca. ein Jahr lang, dann wurde das Gummi brüchig und ich hatte nasse Füße. Ich finde das sehr sehr schade, denn es gibt keine bequemeren. Nur ist für mich persönlich der Preis von 140€ zu hoch, wenn sie nur ein Jahr halten :-(
