3rd pair of sandals I’ve bought in this colour as I can’t find another brand I would rather wear, so comfy and supportive.

Fast shipment, easy ordering process, comfortable shoes that look great. I‘m very happy with my new sandals!

I initially purchased a pair of Woden sneakers in Australia and loved them, then bought another pair. Then I decided to buy a pair of their Iris Tracker Suede Black boots and had them shipped from Denmark. It was rather costly but they are the best hiking boots I have ever had. I have some issues with my feet, so they were a godsend. Earlier this year I decided it was a good idea to purchase another boot of boots. When I first checked online I saw a Australian Woden website and was really pleased, but then realised it was a fake site. So I contacted the Denmark HQ and let them know of the fake site and also asked about ordering a new pair of boots. I was told they didn't post to Australia due to the cost. I explained that I had already bought boots from them, and would be paying the costs of postage. I explained that I understood it was expensive, but felt it was worth it for me. I was told in no uncertain terms that NO they would not post to Australia. Even though I have since discovered that they do send shoes out to Australia??? I even approached their NZ office, however they couldn't help, even though they tried to help on my behalf. I also emailed the founder of Woden - Carsten Holm - but he didn't even bother to reply. Their stance on not posting to Australia beggars belief - especially when Woden do send shoes out here, and the customer is paying? Woden has a great product - but very, very poor customer service.

Great sandals. So spongy and comfortable, but on trend too. I have three pairs now in different colours. Frustrating not to be able to purchase the glitter Line in the UK but the sandals arrived quickly and were well packaged. I was unsure about ordering from abroad because I thought there would be a long delivery time, but it all went well and I would consider doing it again.

La mala comunicación con la empresa de transporte,has 4 días sin ninguna información sin actualizar por donde va el paquete hasta el mismo día que lo recibes y no te avisan ni manda do mensaje ni llamada, porque me dio por mirar yo el seguimiento y me encontré que estaba en reparto cual fue mi sorpresa.

To our make very comfortable sandals which always fit well. The way they adjust for width or length is a great feature and they look stylish. I get compliments on my line cross sandals every time I wear them. Please make more!

I ordered Line sandals, my size is 38 but they fitted small. Apparently for return even within europe they dont handle the return and i had to pay 30 euros (30% of the purchase price) to send the sandals back.
