2 months of waiting (and no product yet)
If you're ordering from Australia - expect a massive delay with no communication.
Ordered a quite a few things, no response for over a month, you need to followup with them. I'm sure the products will turn out great.. when they eventually arrive - but none of this is disclosed when you purchase. I'm nearly nearly 3 months of waiting in a couple of weeks.

First of all, I’m very sorry for how frustrating this wait has been. Even when an order has a longer expected delivery time, we should still do a good job of keeping you informed along the way, and I’m sorry that we haven’t done that here.
I’ve looked through your case and can see that Mick got in touch with you on August 20th. At the time your order was placed, the BM1 had a delivery timeframe of 35–40 business days displayed next to the add-to-cart button because we were waiting for new stock to arrive at our Melbourne warehouse.
We later realised that a number of customers hadn’t noticed the longer timeframe when ordering. We therefore decided to mark the BM1 as out of stock on our website instead, so there could be no uncertainty about the availability while we waited for the new stock.
The expected arrival was towards the end of August, followed by delivery in early September. But regardless of the original timeframe, I completely understand your frustration with the communication. You shouldn’t have had to keep following up yourself to find out what was happening.
I’ve now asked our Australian team to contact you again and give you the latest update on your order. 🙏 Hopefully we can get this final part of the wait behind you very soon.

My experience with Woodupp went realitively smoothly. The panels were delayed a bit and the delivery company was very vague on communication about day and time of delivery. Communication with WoodUpp was great... overall very happy.

Website clarity needed, but follow-up provided
*Edited review: I purchased some panelling from Woodupp and received the automated email about my order when it was placed. The website indicated it was in stock with a 7-14 day shipping time, but I didn't hear anything for 9 days. I sent a couple of follow-up emails to confirm when it would be shipped, plus a message on their FB account, but I didn't get a reply to any of them, so I left a 1-star review here.
Since my review, Woodupp Australia have contacted me to explain how their online system works and that they won't have stock in Australia for another month. They also explained my emails went to Denmark, not Australia, so they weren't aware of my attempts to reach them.
The customer service guy who rang me was helpful in explaining what went wrong, so I have changed my review from a 1-star to a 3-star review. The website is still unclear and in my view a bit misleading as to the availability of stock, but the communication from the Australian team once aware of the issue has been good.

At the same time, an issue with the address information on your order has prevented it from progressing correctly through our updated order system.

Good quality, LEDs should be coloured
Everything is pretty good quality. I am disappointed that the strip Lumi LED strips, which are $240 each, are not coloured LEDs. Thats a big missed opportunity and I would probably just buy something cheaper from elsewhere, next time.
Overall, good quality, but the accessories (shelves, LEDS) are very overpriced for what you get.

Amazing Customer Support. Can't recommend highly enough.
I ordered my panels for fitting out a rental in Sydney and sent a list of questions to the team expecting an average kinda response. I was blown away with the detail and knowledge that I got back from Ben and the team! Ben was always ready to work with me and work through any number of questions around how we could make the product work for what I wanted, as well as working through timelines and install details. He answered all emails and things super efficiently, he had technical diagrams that outlined exactly what I could and couldn't achieve and he was able to answer so many questions over the phone or on email super fast. I can't say enough good things about these guys - honestly, 5 stars isn't enough ! Thanks Ben and Woodupp - you rock!
