Wood Workers Workshop Opiniões

Excellent service placed order which was eligible for free shipping and it arrived next day and was extremely well packed every thing I ordered was of very high quality I was kept informed of the status of my order and given tracking number that worked. I received an email from the owner of the company thanking me for order which was a nice touch I will definitely be shopping there again. One small criticism you do get quite a lot of marketing emails 27 in 3 weeks in fact, of course you can opt out of receiving them but then you miss out on the discount deals.

Excellent website, very reasonable prices and quick delivery make this a no-brainer for future tool purchases.
The packaging is something to behold: it took me a full 10 minutes to get into the Milescraft Track Saw Guide - the Milescraft Drill Mate Pro was slightly less of a challenge.
I'm getting on a bit now so I need as much assistance as possible with the small number of projects I take on. These 2 products will ensure that my cuts are straight and my holes are properly aligned. My son will no doubt gain more benefit when I 'no longer need them'....
An excellent company who obviously put quality and customer service at the top of the priority list. I wish them well in everything they do.
Highly recommended.

Price and range of materials are far better than you will find big chain stores. Products are good quality and the cutting service is excellent. Communication and delivery are really prompt.

I discovered Wood Workers Workshop about 18 months ago when I was looking for a decent square. They have a great range of tools on the site- many of which I now own, much to dismay of my wallet! I also had the pleasure of attending the open day in June 2025 which was a great opportunity to get hands on with some planes I'd been thinking about. Peter is a great bloke - very helpful and knowledgable, as are all the friendly staff. It's my number one choice for any tools I'm looking to get. Thank you!

I was in a bit of a bind with a project, I needed a new machine on short notice.

Peter and Jim offered great advice and have put together everything I needed.

Very friendly service, and I didn't have to spend hours trying to figure out a solution myself.

Very knowledgeable staff who can point you in the right direction for tools and advice.
Lots of quality tools at competitive prices readily available and quickly dispatched.

Love the website, tempts me in to the latest kit and keenly priced. Delivery very fast, highly recommended

Great deals by a great dealer! Excellent kit, good comms, fast, well-packaged delivery (if anything MilesCraft kit is over-packaged & could do with less plastic - but that is a MilesCraft issue) at a good price! What is not to like?

I’ve used this company on a number of occasions, over several years, and the experience has always exceeded expectations.
Peter has a vast, in depth, experience of tools and woodworking, from a lifetimes involvement with the craft, and this is reflected in the products offered. This is reassuring to users who might otherwise be mislead into an unsatisfactory purchase.
Having started, over 25 years ago, with established brands, Peter has used his knowledge to bring new concepts and suppliers to the UK woodwork market and, more recently, developed an in- house range of brands based on that provenance.
Pricing is competitive and the service always first class. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to woodworkers new and old (like myself).

Experienced, and extremely helpful staff who go out of their way to provide technical support. It is comforting to know that they will provide guidance with problems.

I found the customer service of Wood Workers Workshop to be exceptional. I'd previously bought another router motor from another supplier several years ago which failed prematurely, and replaced my router with one from Woodworkers Workshop as I had seen so many good reviews on UK Woodworking forums. I've been really impressed with their customer service, and there was an introductory discount available that just brought it within my price range and sealed the deal for me. I've also been exceptionally grateful for the generosity of the advice of Peter Sefton on Woodworking Forums. I think that it's a hallmark of a good business when it is run by people that are enthusiastic about what they are selling with a deep product knowledge.

I’ve used this company for years and have never experienced anything other than a first class service.

They also have amazing items for sale. Including exclusives not found anywhere else.

I highly recommend them!

Excellent service and very helpful staff. Prompt delivery. Real quality products and tools

I have used Wood Workers Workshop many times since 2017 and have always been happy with the service. They only sell quality products that reflects their knowledge and experience as professionals with many years woodworking to call upon. In the past I have got in touch with the shop to discuss options and found this side of the business invaluable in making a final decision with confidence.

I have worked with and bought from Wood Workers Workshop over many years and always found the kit to be top quality and matched by their service.

REALLY GREAT SERVICE
Efficient, and straightforward. A Company I will be returning to when I need something again.

I have used Woodworkers Workshop a number of times, to purchase both 'mainstream' items, and what some might call 'oddities' - those things you search for everywhere, but few places sell.
On every occasion, and in every communication, they have been courteous and helpful, delivery has been prompt and prices are keen.
Customer service is second to none, and I sincerely would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have a unique perspective on The Woodworkers Workshop; Peter Sefton was my woodwork teacher many years ago. He was a great teacher then, and that same passion for genuine craftsmanship defines his business now. This is a genuine rarity – a retailer that absolutely lives up to its name.

As a family-run business owned by Peter, a master craftsman with 40 years of experience, their foundation is deep expertise. They offer a comprehensive range of high-quality, handpicked hand tools and workshop equipment. These are the kind of quality tools you buy once and for life.

For a beginner, it's easy to buy flashy gear designed to catch the buyer, not to do the job. The Woodworkers Workshop is the antidote. The team provides invaluable advice with a commitment to customer care that puts you first.

Ordering is straightforward, and their returns policy is second to none. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Peter is not only a good person but has built an exceptional business.

If you are looking for Cabinet Making or Woodworking tools Woodworkers Workshop is a one stop shop stocking everything you need.

All the staff are great to deal with and Peter Sefton is an expert in his field and one of the most knowlegeable cabinet makers I know.

Tool purchases are always dispatched immediately and carefully packaged and I have personally never had an issue with any items sourced from there.

Highly recommended
