Do not buy your tickets from this company. They are completely dodgy and untrustworthy. I reserved my tickets and paid, but then they started playing games with me. First, they claimed my booking was on a waiting list, and then they told me the price had gone up. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not refunded my money. I am still chasing them for a full refund. Please beware and save your money—do not buy your tickets here.

Very Poor Customer Service

I would never recommend this travel company based on my experience.

I booked my flight through the Cheap Flights website, but my booking was handled by this company. About two hours after booking, I received a call saying that my reservation had not been confirmed.

After waiting for a week, I finally received an email confirming my ticket. However, I was then asked to pay an additional amount to complete the booking, which was very disappointing.

I contacted them several times to ask about a refund and to understand my options, but I received no response. Now I am stuck because any changes to my booking have to be made through this travel agency, and I cannot manage the booking directly with the airline.

The lack of communication and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable travel booking service.

Just used this company for my trip from the UK to Dubai , They were the cheapest on the search engine , at first I dealt with Sherry who quickly called me to say the price on search engine couldn't be matched , the price had increased by £40 , wasn't a problem as I was flying Gulf Air via Bahrain. Direct to Dubai with Emirates was still £300 more so still a good deal . Boxed off the payment & Sherry told me I would have my E Ticket in 24-48hrs , 48hrs passed & I had nothing so called up the office, another agent called Bhanva answered instantly , she told me the e ticket was sent earlier in the day , we figured out quickly after another attempt to send that it was my work email bouncing the e ticket , so asked Bhanva to forward again to my personal & there it was in seconds, great customer service, soon as I got my ticket I could log straight into Gulf Air App & everything was there for me ready to check in buy seats etc . Thanks for a great service , will not hesitate to use you guys again. Arrived back to UK this morning . All in a great trip . 👍

I tried to make an booking but somehow it did not went through after that i got a call from Bhawna and literally the way she helped me its not easy ,she explained everything so smoothly .She was so so patient even on asking so many questions .She made the booking process so easy for me .So genuinely im writing here because i felt that i should .

Excellent service from Rishi at World Tour Store
Recently, my airline has increased the layover time from 4 hours to 11 hours
I was travelling with two kids, and waiting 11 hours with the kids is always not easy.
Rishi managed to arrange alternative flights for me within a day, which is absolutely brilliant service
The World Tour Store will never disappoint you if you have any issues with the flights. You are looking to change the flights or something else. They are always here to support you

Customer service is very good and Semmi is very helpful, always active to assist you.

Booked an international flight to Delhi and return, got the confirmation email, and then a call couple of days later, informing that we were unable to confirm your tickets as the tickets are still pending.

I was about to fly and thought tickets were sorted, but these people send you confirmation, without finalising the tickets with airlines.

And then start asking for more money over the phone to confirm your tickets.

Such a bad expereince.

Please do not book through this website or make any payments. It is a scam company.

Scammers

Offer cheaper price online and called you to get more money from you. It happend twice with me so I will never book with this company again. Also wasted my 2-3 hrs.
