In answer to my phone inquiry concerning a battery for my Worx strimmer, I was so relieved a) to be talking to a live human being and b) one so warm, understanding and helpful to the extent that my issue was resolved over the phone. Bravo.

Quick supply of correct spare part, together with torque setting for fixing nut. Helpful and knowlegeable contact team, with the access to solve problems efficiently.

Bought the incredibly expensive Landroid Vision but it clearly has cataracts. It is the most useless 15kg of plastic I have ever bought. It’s the second one and both are useless. I made the mistake of thinking If I upgrade it will get better, error. I may as well cut the grass myself. Off to buy a different model and will bin this one. Cannot sell it on eBay as I would feel it unfair on the poor sap that bought it.

I reached out to WORX on 23rd April 2025 for a simple parts replacement on my WORX Cordless Lawn Mower WG779E.2 (bought back in September 2023 and worked hard ever since on my large corner-lot garden). Instead of just sending the part, WORX discovered I still had an active warranty I’d never registered—and immediately offered a full replacement.

Pickup booked a few days later: WORX arranged for DPD to collect my old mower.

9th May: DPD emailed to say they were expecting a parcel for me.

13th May: A brand-new mower landed on my doorstep— zero cost.

From first contact to replacement in under three weeks, all proactive on WORX’s side. Superb product and excellent customer care. Highly recommended!

Spoken to Patrick today and literly the mist helpful man ever, within 2 minutes he solved my problem and got me an email sent to get a new battery delivered, he didnthis in less than a hour and already on the way. Very very helpful thankyou so much 😊

I have a number of Worx products and they have served me very well over the years. I recently bought a mini chainsaw and I love the product (it is so light and effortless for cutting) but it developed a chain tensioning problem. I contacted Worx support and after supplying details of where I'd purchased and when, arranged for a free return of the product and in a very short time, a brand new mini chainsaw was delivered to me. I found their customer service to be quick, polite and professional and I am very happy with the product & service. I'll buy more of their kit next time I have a requirement.

I bought a £200 lawnmower from Worx through 'Very' 2 1/2 years ago, Last week while mowing the whole handle snapped off.
Contacted 'Positec who makes the product'
They asked for photos which I supplied, and then an Invoice, which due to the age I couldn't supply, I explained this wasn't a warranty claim and that I wanted to purchase a replacement handle as simple as that, (this isn't a part that we have available as a spare I was told)
Scrap 1 x £200 working Lawnmower over a handle.

Whilst having both Worx main and 18/20v tools I have never found fault in the six years of ownership with any of them. All of them have performed exactly as described and better than I could have hoped for. Recently I found that m 18/20v Worx vacuum would not switch on. Even though I had owned the vacuum for 21/2 years I put a call into Patrick Sanders at Worx for a replacement switch. No he said, we don't have them as spares so we will send you a new unit.
His team had the replacement to me in less than two weeks.

Phenomenal service from the Worx customer support team. I own a variety of different Worx tools and batteries and I noticed my lawnmower wasn't working as it should. I contacted the customer support team who dealt with the matter instantly. Replacement mower en route!

I bought a cordless lawnmower which was on offer. It arrived quickly and is excellent. A few days later I bought a cordless strimmer and had the same experience. I would definitely use them again.

I have five Worx garden tools, six batteries and three chargers. The system is great. My favourite tool of all is the electric secateur/shears. Suffering from an arthritic thumb, this tool effortlessly cuts through stems up to an inch thick as if they were butter. I love it. However, I realised a nut had somehow fallen off the blades, therefore, although still working, it was not gripping properly. I contacted customer service and Emma was brilliant, always reachable and efficient. I sent the tool back and within a week of it being received, I was sent a new tool with another battery and charger. I am delighted with the service I have received. I’m now thinking of getting the cordless chainsaw to join the lawnmower, strimmer, garden hoover, hedge cutter and electric shear.

After realising that a small stud keeping the wheel in place on my cordless lawnmower had come off, managed to get in touch with after sales team. Although it was only a small stud, they could not do enough to help and within days a new part arrived. All fitted back now and very happy as I really like this mower.

I had a problem with a cordless strimmer and, having identified what I thought was the problem, contacted Customer Services to ask if they might be able to send me a replacement part. They responded very quickly to advise that as the product was still under guarantee they wished to provide a replacement tool. Returning the old one to them was made very easy & the replacement has now been received. Patrick Sanders and Emma Smith were excellent throughout with prompt responses to my messages and a ‘can do’ attitude at all times. This was very much appreciated and they are a credit to the company.

Brillant product and service support. I own three of there products and the are perfect in every way. I would recommend them in everyway.

Nothing but praise for Worx, having purchased an item from Homebase last November, & stupidly not checking in the box, I reached out to the company as a grass collection box was missing. I fully expected to have to pay for the box, but this was supplied to me FOC, so over the moon, & would consider Worx as my first option for all future equipment - excellent service provided by Emma Smith👍

I’ve been using these tools for years and they are superb. The only tool that ever went wrong was the nail gun, and after just under two years, it started playing up. However, I called the customer helpline and spoke to an extremely pleasant and helpful chap named Patrick Sanders. He was very good and sent me out a replacement (new model) immediately. I was not expecting such a brilliant service tbh. Worx and Patrick should be applauded for looking after their customer so well.. 5 stars !!

I had trouble with my lawnmower and rang customer services. In no time the problem was dealt with and received excellent communication and help from Patrick and Emma.

Used my Worx nitro to wash the cross bikes in pits for the season… started playing up intermittently (it’s a hard life) and Worx swapped the unit no questions for which we v grateful thankyou! Brilliant bit of kit unsurpassed by other battery powered washers and awesome customer service:after sales thanx

I have invested in a range of WORX DIY and gardening cordless tools in recent years and have found them excellent quality and well-priced.

I've only ever had one issue with a new tool, which was promptly resolved by Emma Smith in Product Support.

I would recommend the WORX brand to anyone.

I had an issue with the batteries/charger of my lawn mower. The customer service team have been fantastic in helping me out and resolving the issue quickly without issue.
