Orderd a week ago and still waiting delivery is slow and wonder if it going turn up at all, -- edited they did finally turn up was slow but they do taste great and very happy with the order

Placed a sizeable order which unfortunately failed to turn up for 4 days (incl. weekend admittedly). However when we attempted to contact Wow Hydrate to confirm the delivery date - it proved impossible to contact anybody. No telephone number listed anywhere (website, Google, etc.). Despite their website loudly proclaiming ‘get in touch - by PHONE, e/mail, etc.’. Plus a completely unresponsive number of e/mail addresses listed.

Having recieved only confirmation e/mails stating ‘Your order is now complete’ - we were left completely in the dark about when - or indeed if - our delivery would ever arrive.

Goods finally arrived on Day 5. But still only ‘Radio Silence’ from Wow!

All I can say about our Customer Journey was if this is what you believe customer Service should be? Wow! Just Wow!!! 😶😶😶

My subscription got cancelled cause you don't provide shipment to Ireland. It's XXI century and you don't provide shipment to Ireland, it's ridicules...

Love these products. Healthy and refreshing drinks in a sports/fitness environment. Favourite is the lemon and lime electrolyte drink. Decent prices too.

Very good experience, they taste yummy!

I bought a choice of four different flavours and they have all proved to be very popular with my dog walker husband and my cricket playing son. They are great tastes and provide the necessary hydration needed especially in this weather - will definitely order more.

Delivery was extremely quick, didn’t even receive the delivered email before the drinks had been delivered! The drinks, taste amazing! I’m still shocked as to how sweet they taste with 0 sugar in! I did make the mistake of drinking a full bottle in one go and I must say, I couldn’t stop shitting! The drinks taste like jelly before extra water is added. The strongest flavour I would say is the tropical however summer fruits are equally as strong. Lovely flavours, not too keen on the lemon and lime but that’s just personal preference. Great drinks but ease into the consumption rather than downing a whole bottle!

Not WowHydrate’s fault but UPS didn’t deliver and returned the package to sender. However, I have not been refunded for the cost of the package or notified by Wow Hydrate despite having confirmation from UPS that it was returned

No mention of beef collagen not vegan friendly

Decent price. Quick delivery with free postage. Nice tasting drinks.

Good product was messed around with delivery but not there fault, only issue is its cheaper to pay full price in tesco than there subscription with 25% off so somethings not right there

Shame because the product is really good, ordered the Cherry Flavour.. more for the fact my son is a Man Utd fan (don't ask)
