Excellent and helpful, high quality decking. Debs was quick to help us out with a small glitch, and the Customer Service has been fantastic. Highly recommend this company. The Material of the Decking is superior and I am looking forwards to many years of use.

It was excellent service from quote to delivery and after sales was also excellent.
There has been a problem with a handrail ( damaged very slightly)it is being dealt with with no fuss.
I have fitted many glass handrails professionally and with hand on heart I can say these are as good as the best if not the best I have ever fitted, the products are first class.

I spoke with Kate from WPS Handrails regarding a project for a client in a factory in Derby where there was an issue which required a fall arrest system.Kate pointed me in the right direction of what was required in order to satisfy building control. The materials were delivered to site two days prior to fitting. The fitters turned up on time and were very professional.Communications from start to finish were excellent and i cannot recommend them more highly.

WPS Handrails provided the balustrade handrails for our catio. I cannot be more pleased with their service. Everything worked out fine. All parts delivered were well packaged and considering the complexity of components, nothing was missing. Their bespoke service is excellent and brilliant communication throughout. Design tweaks no problem.

I ordered a glass balustrade from WPS in April 2025 for my patio, and I’m very happy with it. The product is sturdy and high quality. The team noticed that I live near the coast and suggested some helpful changes to make it more suitable for the weather. Installation was easy, and their post-purchase service has been excellent—quick responses and always happy to help. Great value for the quality.

My dealings with WPS, and in particular with two of the staff, Kate and Abigail, has been nothing short of outstanding. I have had excellent advice and support and nothing has been too much trouble when some amendments were made to the original order.
