This is a great company to deal with. Their sales staff are excellent and ordering / delivery was second to none.

However, their actual end product build quality isn’t that good. Not all Pre drilled & tapped holes on the main hand rails lined up with accessorise so I’m left with rails with only one fixing here and there. The wire balustrades are good but fitting the glass to their rail system is very tricky. It’s a shame as some simple changes would make a huge difference.

I would purchase from then again though but only because I know what I’d get and just deal with it. I’ve had one wire balustrade, two glass balustrades and a SS hand rail off them over the past 2 years. Each had their own build quality issue which I’ve overcome.

The sales team are so good though, that I’d still go back !

I was so happy with this purchase. The decking in cedar is really good quality and looks amazing. Also the company was so helpful and did exactly what they said. I wish every company was this good!!!

We used WPS for our self-build project, and I'd pick them out as one of the best of all the contractors we've worked with. Competitive price, prompt and clear communication, friendly cooperative fitters and finally, even when their glass supplier let them down by supplying one pane the wrong size, there was no drama; just resolved it asap.

I would recommend this company to everyone. Very help at all stages be it design, planning or delivery and the balustrade we bought looks great! Cheers Adam you did a fab job.

I ordered the innodek luxecap decking I'm really pleased with the quality it may not be the cheapest but out of all the samples this has to be the best.
Customer services is excellent and always responded to any queries by phone or email.
Delivery was on the agreed day and time driver was pleasant and very helpful.
Out of the 90 deck boards only 2 had slight damage which the company was very happy to replace foc if I required them, as it was I managed and the 2 damaged bits ended up as of cuts.
Would definitely recommend this company

Highly recommend. I had been searching for composite decking for a while as there’s a wide range out there and I was looking for quality at an affordable price. I found WPS and their products are just that. Quality. The only downside is that the packs of hidden clips come in bags of 250 and I required just over one bag so this was a bit disappointing as you end up with additional clips you don’t need. Would have been 5/5 otherwise.

I found WPS handrails very good to deal with. I made a mistake on one of my measurements and had to get the drawings changed, which was done with no problem to them. Kate was brilliant to deal with and very helpful anytime l got in touch to sort out something for me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to do a decking.

We struggled to get a quote locally in North Wales so I contacted this firm along with some others. The quote from WPS was the best priced even including delivery and two fitters travelling up. The whole process was swift and professional. Quotes and drawings were provided on the day I first enquired. Upon ordering, production was also swift and the fitters installed shortly after. They were very professional and did a great job. Communication throughout was excellent. End result .... looks fantastic and a very good taste left over from dealing with this company. Would recommend them in a heart beat.

WPS were able to provide rail support brackets on the side of our balcony unlike some other firms. The whole process
from measuring up - we have 36m of rails with 3 corners - to completion was handled in a professional and friendly manner and at a competitive price. The installers requested use of our scaffolding and bantam scaffolding for one section They worked hard - non-stop 9 hours in pouring rain. A slight error on the corner brackets was fixed on their final half day. The finished installation looks really great and adds significant value to our property. We plan to have a celebration party to show it off!
