Driver came on time, was curteous, and worked efficiently. Sticker price was much higher than I had expected. Was also charged $125 for an hour's labor (10 minutes work plus driving) and was then invited to give a tip. If you are charging that much per hour you can pay your people properly and not solicit tips.

Ariel Sorrano and Joseph William were excellent workers! They were very attentive to the job and ensured we were satisfied with the service! I would recommend any consideration for merit be given to them.

I realize the guys do this all the time, but it was amazing to watch them disassemble the furniture in such a short time so they could get it through the doorways. It was like watching them play a giant game of Tetris as they fit everything into the truck with no problems. They were efficient, talented, and it was fun to watch them work.

There are no words that adequately describe how amazing Michael and Dan were/are! They were so professional. Their communication regarding arrival time, pricing and what they would do was spot on. So let me just say that Jose and Thomas were SO AMAZING and PROFESSIONAL !! They did a flawless job for us and beat all competitor's quoted estimates. They also went over every detail and explained things very well. I cannot believe the work these two guys did in a short amount of time and they are truly an asset to this company. Misty assisted to facilitate a speedy appointment and confirm the requirements for my needed service.

Derrick and Jose were great service technicians, who were professional, courteous and provided excellent service to remove the desired items.

Initially, I was discouraged to use the service for circumstances of my needing to remove more items... located in inside that remain inaccessible, and requiring another trip... combined with the original pricing being unaffordable.

However, the technician's manager presented a price that facilitated my outdoor items to be removed and still afford to plan for the removal of other items in the future.

They came very quickly! My stuff was in the attic all bagged up and ready to go. They said it was a half truck,(which it definitely wasn’t) said that was $549.00 plus $200 because of two flights of stairs plus time , (he said 2 hour’s with 2guys) so it was over $759.00! I said no way! Then he wanted to negotiate! I said no thanks! The next guy who I sent pictures said $459.00 plus $50 per staircase, $559.00. The third came quickly, gave me a price of $350.00 total! They were done in 20 minutes! 2 guys! Shop around, don’t call 1800 junk or haul out or whatever their name is!!
