Authorization at checkout is a lighter check to confirm funds, but final billing goes through full verification, which sometimes reveals issues not caught earlier. That said, your shipment was delivered without delay—we simply reached out to request updated payment details to resolve the issue.

The option to use colorfill was mistakenly allowed, despite the fact that laser-engraved acrylic does not support it. A proof was sent to you on 6/5, and after several days with no response or hold request, your order was moved into production under our Passive Approval policy—clearly outlined in our process for situations where approval isn’t received in a timely manner.
