I called Monday morning before they opened and was in a panic because my washer wouldn't even power on and I had loads and loads to do before the holiday. I didn't even leave a message but just after 8:00 I received a call to ask how they could help. Next morning at 8:00 a.m., Michael Jennette was at my home and diagnosed the problem, balanced my washer and explained everything perfectly. He was on time, polite, friendly and knowlegeable. I might add that the first time I used them was in 2011, so they have definitely got history in the Valley on their side.

I made a call for an urgent refrigerator repair and fortunately, the technician was in the general area and at our home within 15 minutes! He was able to immediately diagnose where our water leak was. Since he needed to order the necessary parts, he placed shut off valve, so the refrigerator could continue running with no further leak He ordered the two water valve parts and was back out the next morning to perform the required repair, put everything back together and was done within 30 minutes.
I was very comfortable with his assessment and cost involved. This technician specialized in refrigerator repair with over 30 years experience in this field.
I highly recommend Accredited Appliance of Arizona for their responsiveness and expeditious repair.

Thanks to service tech, Oscar for his expeditious and outstanding repair on my refrigerator, 09-02-2024. He quickly identified the problem and took efficient action to correct the problem. Kudos to Oscar.

They were extremely prompt when coming out to fix our oven, just before we had a planned party in which we needed the oven for. Both service people were friendly and did the repair in a very short time. I was quoted up-front pricing which did not change. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking skilled appliance repair.

Accredited Appliance was on-time (early even) and called me to communicate they were en-route. Drew was professional and communicative. Answered all my questions AND left my freezer more tidy and organized than how he found it. Which made my day! So thoughtful. 5 stars! -

Monday, May 20, 2024. I called this morning and was able to get same-day service. MJ, the technician, called me within 30 minutes of his arrival he was friendly and professional, and he diagnosed my washing machines issue and fixed it. Thank you, MJ and thank you Accredited Appliance.

Great service. Mario is a Very skilled and kind technician. I called the company for an LG washing machine repair because of all the 5 star ratings. They sent Mario out within an hour. I felt truly blessed. I identified the problem, gave me options and prices. He had parts on his truck and had it repaired in 2 hours. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Thank you Mario!!!

Drew’s expertise saved us from a major appliance replacement expense, plus remodeling! He was prompt, courteous and best of all - an expert!!!!! Highly recommended him and Accredited Appliance!

Patrick M was great at identifying my issue and making the necessary repairs to my Samsung washing machine. I was surprised at the cost to replace the pump on the washer, about 70% of the original cost of the washer, some of that is beyond the control of Accredited Appliance Repair.
I am happy to be able to do my laundry at home once again after 2.5 weeks.

Glenn is great, he came in to my home to repair my dryer, he knew exactly what the problem was, he ordered the part that he needed for the repair. and it didn't take him long at all to take my dryer apart and replace the part.

I’ve used this company before many many years ago. I called them around 8 this morning and they were able to get a rep (Patrick) to my house within a couple of hours. Very friendly, and efficient. Showed me exactly what happened and what he did to fix. Prices are reasonable too! I will definitely use them again.

My icemaker on my fridge was broken and Joe W. fixed it with expertise and knowledge that saved me a lot of money. He repaired it expertly without the need for any new parts that would have been expensive. Joe was polite, efficient and it was a pleasure to have him working in my home. Simply put, he was terrific and you are fortunate to have him working for you.

Very capable and knew shortly what part was bad and needed to be replaced. When he came with replacement part, it was installed in a few minutes and he checked that the washer was filling correctly and it was. Very nice young man!
