Zuerst mal: die Angestellten in den Stores in Berlin und Hamburg sind super. Total hilfsbereit, tolle Beratung.
Produkt ästhetisch hervorragend, Costumer-Service-Erfahrung bei Qualitätsanliegen (im Bereich Lederprodukte) leider mehr als enttäuschend. Das Leder sehr anfällig (schon beim ersten Tragen und vollkommen normalen Gebrauch Kratzer und Abschürfungen, die bei diesem Preis leider nicht gerechtfertigt sind. Der Support super nett, aber leider null Hilfe.

Poor Quality Boots

Subject: Disappointing quality and service for $1500 boots

I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with both the quality of my Acne Studios boots and the brand’s subsequent customer service. After only three years of moderate use on a pair of boots that cost $1,500, the zippers have completely failed.
When I contacted Acne Studios, I was told this was simply 'wear and tear'. For a luxury fashion house, this is unacceptable. I own boots from other designers that are 10 and even 20 years old with zero hardware issues. A zipper failure on a $1,500 item after such a short period indicates a quality defect, not standard use.

While their policy mentions a 2-year guarantee, it also states they will work with clients for 'suitable solutions' thereafter. Unfortunately, 'suitable' in this case has just been a dismissal. I expected better craftsmanship and standing behind their products from a brand like Acne Studios. They have essentially ghosted me and don't particularly care.

received a shirt with a hole in it…

received a shirt already with a hole in it. reached out to support, but they weren't helpful. didn't even try to replace or offer a compensation for a damaged item even thought with compensation (discount) I could consider keeping it.

Richtig guter Service

War letzten Montag im Store in Berlin. Ein Mitarbeiter war super freundlich, sehr gut gestylt und hat ehrliche, direkte Tipps gegeben – ganz ohne Druck.

Er arbeitet eigentlich im Visual Merchandising und ist manchmal auch in Hamburg. Wenn man Hilfe braucht, ist er sofort da, sonst lässt er einem einfach in Ruhe schauen. Sehr entspannt, null aufdringlich.

Am Ende habe ich eine leichte Jacke gekauft. Insgesamt eine richtig angenehme Erfahrung, gerne wieder!

Varning oseriös webbhandel

Håll er borta från Acne Studios – usel kundservice och noll ansvarstagande

Jag har handlat från Acne Studios för sista gången (och detta gäller första gången jag handlade i webbshoppen dvs ej butik). Efter att ha lagt en beställning i januari, där en vara aldrig levererades, möttes jag av månader av tystnad – följt av ett fegt och opersonligt standardsvar som skyllde på transportbolaget. Istället för att ta fullt ansvar som avsändare, har Acne bollat ärendet mellan sig och fraktbolaget, utan att återkoppla till mig som drabbad kund.

Trots att de i sitt svar erkänner att de inte vet vad som gått fel, väljer de ändå att neka kompensation med motiveringen att det var en extern partner som fallerat. Detta är otroligt märkligt – det är Acne jag som kund har köpt från, inte något fraktbolag. Det är Acne som har ansvar gentemot sina kunder. Det är så grundläggande att det inte borde behöva förklaras.

Att få tillbaka sina pengar efter sex månader – utan ett uns av kompensation för den tid, irritation och administration jag tvingats lägga ner – är inte att ”stå för problemet”. Det är att göra absolut minimum, och sedan försöka kamouflera det med ursäktande corporate-fraser om att man ”förstår min frustration”. Jag har fått påminna dom flertal gånger, själva har dom aldrig bemödat sig att återkoppla till mig. Så i princip kan detta falla under att stjäla kunders pengar. Dvs bedrägeri.
Detta är dessutom inte en liten startup som gör sitt bästa – det är ett internationellt modehus som tagit premiumpriser för självklara basplagg i tjugo år. Då förväntar man sig en helt annan nivå av ansvar och service. Men tyvärr visar Acne Studios att de hellre låter sina kundrelationer ruttna än att öppna plånboken för att rätta till sina misstag.

Mitt råd? Köp dina kläder från ett företag som respekterar dig som kund. För Acne gör det bevisligen inte.

Avoid pre-ordering!

Pre-ordered camera camero bag constantly delayed - 3 months now. Stock issues which is strange as the bag is regularly restocked online.

Surely preorders should get priority but they don’t.

Ich habe etwas bestellt Bestellungen…

Ich habe etwas bestellt Bestellungen wurden separat. Bei der ersten Bestellung war ich nicht zu Hause und im Urlaub. Mein Auoir hat entgegen genommen.
Die Schuhe waren mir leider zu klein gewesen. Ich bin aber in der Annahme gegangen, dass ich ohne weiteres noch ausreichend Zeit habe die Schuhe zurück zu geben, da es normalerweise für ein Luxusonlinehandel ohne weiteres möglich ist, innerhalb von vier Wochen die Produkte zurückzugeben. Das ist hier nicht möglich. Lediglich 14 Tage stehen einem zur Verfügung, was ich finde für diesen Preis einfach nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Ich bin normalerweise Kundin bei Net-a-Porter und my Theresa und dort ist es völlig normal, dass man vier Wochen Umtauschrecht hat sollte man sich sogar aus irgendeinem Grund eben auf Geschäftsreise oder im Urlaub befinden. Hin und wieder bestellt man was und vergisst das total hat man immer noch die Möglichkeit die Sachen zurückzusenden. Ich habe den Kundenservice darum gebeten, dies zu tun und das ist hier nicht machbar. Daher für mich ein absolutes KO Kriterium. Hier werde ich nicht mehr bestellen. Ich habe jetzt Schuhe die mir nicht passen. Aber die Bewertung wundern mich jetzt auch nicht über den Onlineshop die sind bereits eine Katastrophe.

Not a Serious Company

Very unprofessional for a company that aspires to be high fashion. Ordered a wallet from them on June 12 and then on June 13 got a very vague email that my order was cancelled due to an inventory discrepancy. It was supposed to be a gift and now I have to run around finding a replacement. Not a serious company considering the high prices it charges. They should at least have apologized personally and offered a discount on a similar product as is expected in this situation.

Zero Stars – Acne Studios is not a reliable company anymore!

I had a horrible experience recently — both with the item I purchased and with their customer service. The quality of what I received was shockingly bad for the price, and when I tried to reach out for help, I was met with unresponsive, dismissive, and frankly unprofessional service. OMG! I used to love this brand, but something has definitely changed. Not worth the money or the headache. So disappointed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A LUXURY RETAILER

Acne has the worst customer service of any high end retailer I have ever experienced. BROCK AND LU are both terrible at providing a good customer experience. I don't know how Acne have got away with such poor service over so many years.

Kein Entgegenkommen bei Reklamation

Leider musste ich meine „vegane“ Lederjacke nach zwei Jahren und zwei Monaten entsorgen, da das Material mangelhaft war. Nachdem der Customer Service mir Rückfragen gestellt hat, wie zum Beispiel ob ich die Jacke in die Waschmaschine gegeben habe (???), oder sie über einen Heizkörper aufbewahrt habe, vermutlich in der Hoffnung mich so abzuweisen, und ich selbstverständlich beides nicht getan habe, wurde ich nach 10 emails freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Garantie von zwei Jahren leider um zwei Monate überschritten wurde. Obwohl ich dies in der ersten email bereits geschrieben habe.

Schade dass eine vegane Lederjacke in der Höhe von 890€ nach zwei Jahren reif für den Müll ist. Zumindest weiß ich jetzt, dass es mein letzter Kauf war!

I ordered expensive boots from Acne…

I ordered expensive boots from Acne Studios, expecting high quality. However, after wearing them just once, the entire sole was worn down and damaged, with wood pieces even breaking off. I am beyond disappointed— even cheap shoes don’t wear out this badly after a single use.

I emailed them 1–2 weeks after my purchase, but they made me wait 1.5 months for a response, only to tell me that this is “normal” and that they couldn’t do anything about it. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. NEVER ordering from Net-a-Porter again! Their customer support and service are the worst ever. Also never buy the boots from this brand again, terrible quality very disappointing.

purchased a pair of shoes from Acne…

purchased a pair of shoes from Acne Studios last summer, and after just a few wears, they started falling apart. Given the price and reputation of the brand, I expected much better quality. As someone with experience in footwear design, it’s clear to me that this is a construction flaw, not normal wear and tear.

We reached out to Acne for a warranty claim, but they refused, citing “external factors” rather than acknowledging the poor construction. A high-end brand should stand behind its products, especially when defects appear so soon. Very disappointing experience—both in terms of product quality and customer service.

Ik begrijp niet zo goed waarom Acne…

Ik begrijp niet zo goed waarom Acne Studios zo slecht beoordeeld wordt. Zelf heb ik een hele goede ervaring en ben klantvriendelijk geholpen. Eerdere bestellingen en retour online bij acne studios ging zonder enkel probleem. Jammer dat er geen winkel van Acne Studios is in Nederland.

Svarer med AI-genererte meldinger med et perfekt overformelt språk at de bryr seg om kundene sine og at de virkelig håper du får en fin dag, men de løser ingenting. 90 % merkevare, 10 % kvalitet og service.
