I found this garage through a comparison site called book my garage and they offered a competitive price for a full service communication was excellent all the way through had email and phone call reminders dropped the car of as agreed and when complete I received a detailed report and video showing the technician videoing the work he had done which was great along with prices for future work if chose to go ahead with it I would use this company again

I have been passed your e-mail from Helen in our Service Department I can see that you have requested that we put in writing that your appointment has been cancelled. As the Head of Business for Burntwood Branch I feel it best for all parties that you allow another dealership to take on your repairs and maintenance of the Kia Stonic.
This is a very unusual decision and not one I've made before but in light of your recent review and also previous reviews that you have left on review sites regarding our business, you leave me no choice.
Mr Matthew for good reviews you have to make good job.
The fact is you sell me broken car and for 9 month your team couldn't fix.
Believe me if you don't looking for problems you don't want have any connection with this company.

It read:- I am very sorry about this but having also listened to your recent phone call with my Workshop Manager I can not condone the use of foul and abusive language towards a member of my staff and therefore I feel it best that we part company with regards to servicing and maintenance of your Stonic.

Lovely staff , everyone was very polite and helpful. My car was serviced and ready for collection within a few hours. I also received a video via email so I could follow what had been done to my car. Excellent service !
