polite, efficient staff. unfortunately didn't sort my irritating problem due to kia software issues which, hopefuly, will be resolved in next update.

Great as always. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and waiting for my service in house was an easy and comfortable. The new EV4 is in the showroom and looks stunning. Would always recommend Acorn Kia Crewe to anyone. .

Our buying experience at Acorn Crewe
Visited the showroom on 7/11/25 to have a look round - we spoke to a very nice young gentleman Will (Teasdale I think) who was very helpful and polite and answered all our questions regarding the particular vehicle we were interested in, he ran through some figures and we decided to go ahead and put an order in for the vehicle

Fantastic Experience with Acorn Kia!
I had such a brilliant experience with Acorn Kia Crewe. My dealer agent, Josh, was fantastic, so kind, helpful, and patient. He explained everything really clearly and in simple terms for my little brain, which made the whole process so easy to understand.
Everything went so smoothly. I went into the dealership on Sunday and was driving away in my brand new car by Tuesday! Super quick, efficient, and completely stress-free.
Couldn’t recommend the group enough (and Josh especially!) enough. Thank you for making the whole experience such a positive one!

Professional, courteous and responsive
From the time that we rang Acorn (Crewe) to reserve our car purchase to the time we collected the car from Acorn, our experience has been great. They have been very professional, courteous and responsive throughout. They wanted to make the customer experience enjoyable and succeeded at that. They picked us up from the train station when we went to pick up the car. Emails were responded to promptly with useful information. Calls were always answered. The interaction with the sales team was friendly and effective. Issues that arose on the day were sorted out without any fuss.
