A great, honest, no-nonsense buying experience
I had a great buying experience with Sean. A 'salt of the earth' type man who spoke in plain terms. He's just the type of person I prefer to deal with compared to classic pushy salesmen who try to confuse you by talking about monthly payment cost rather than the price of the car. He didn't try to push any of their finance on me either, and there were no stealth costs or attempts to upsell at any point. The price was simply the price.
He even threw in a few unnecessaey treats because I didn't try to screw down the already reasonable asking price. All gratefully received!
I picked the car up today and he'd sorted every query and said to contact him any time with any questions or concerns.
So far the car drives like a dream and I'm over the moon with the purchase.
Such a great, simple, no nonsense deal from start to finish.

I asked for one thing to be rectified apart from the general service.
When collecting the vehicle I was told it had been fixed.Needless to say it had not.
I really don't know why the vehicle was required for 3 hours!! 7.50 AM TO 11AM!!

From the moment I showed interest in the Kia Sorento, Dan Jackson went above and beyond, ensuring I was being looked after. From helping choose the correct specification, explaining what each option was and the costs. He then went through in fine detail explaining each add-on was and what it was for. Had a call from the salesperson Dan…
Had a call from the salesperson Dan regarding swapping my car. Had done a few enquiries in past few months but due to negative equity no joy. I was a bit sceptical at first and said that I didn’t want to waste my time or put a big deposit down. Dan said he needed to see the car and was confident a deal could be done.
