Sent reminder in plenty of time that service due. Able to book a convenient time within 1-2 weeks with Curtesy car available. Service & MOT done quickly and video of checks sent, minor problems I mentioned sorted. Cannot fault the service and Adam is always so helpful, polite & effecient

Overall experience was good
Overall experience was good. Picking up the car would have been better to have a show around the car ref buttons and all the functions. Still don’t know now after a week. Picked up the car , a full tank would be nice and this is the first time we have got a car (new) without a bunch of flowers etc. some opportunities to make things nicer would add to the buyer experience eg carpets which were chargeable .

Chloe was very helpful in helping me adjust from a manual gearbox to an automatic by explaining and giving me a driving lesson. Also in recommending Gard X insurance as added protection for my car.

Great buying experience
The whole buying process was very easy. Charlie our sales executive was very helpful and friendly as well as being very professional and knowledgeable.
