Unfortunately, this took over two years to come to a conclusion. It was a whole year between a call to offer me a final sum, and then several contacts where this sum varied - going down each time, until a year later it was finally back up to the original amount plus a very minor increase that could have been earned through interest. I had to make a formal complaint at one point, to get a response. I believe I had several case handlers.
Although agreed, I recently received an email saying it will now take up to 6 weeks to actually receive the money. Bet I have to chase!
Two stars as eventually resolved and when I did speak to operators, they were always polite and helped as much as they could.
