Very helpful and re-assuring.

This has genuinely been the worst and poor service I can recall from any professional body, took over 18 months, constant changes of case handlers, no one getting back to me, no regular updates me..just seems no has any idea of what’s going on, I was the one constantly looking for updates, lack of comms - just seemed no body cared in my matter, highly unlikely to use your services again, and then to charge 25% fee for such a poor service just adds to my already disappointments. Terrible service.

It has been over 2 and a half years since the car accident. Despite providing video evidence, screenshots and taking 10 months for the other side insurers to admit liability, the other side insurers have advised that injuries occurred were due to low velocity impact (absolute pants). I sent several appointments evidence including MRI results and physiotherapy from an external provider as Admiral Law did not want to provide this to me for some unbeknown reason. Fast forward and they agreed they made a number of failures after submitting a previous review here. Admiral Law valued my claim at just over £1300 (standard tariff), rushed me to agree to court proceedings but with lack of advice as to whether I'm likely to win or lose, only then to send me a letter (quite threatening) with costs incurred so far and that if I pull out, I'd be liable to pay the solicitors costs incurred to date (over 1k). In summary, almost 3 years of stress later, being passed around different case handlers and taking ages to respond to queries, only for them to tell me the injuries I sustained from the car accident is not enough (adding insult to injury!). They advised me that I will only get the standard tariff of compensation IF I win the case in court and that I may have to pay over 1k out of my own pocket despite taking out legal cover at the time of purchasing the car insurance. If I proceed with court, I may not win and will be liable for costs. If i pull out now, I'll be liable for costs and if i don't do anything at all, I'm liable for costs. So what exactly is the legal cover covering? It's not my legal costs thats for sure ! How absurd. Admiral Law run in such a way that they try their utmost best to NOT give you compensation, waste your time, dismiss your injuries and they'd rather want YOU out of pocket after a terrible ordeal (car accident).

My case initially appeared to me to have been filed. I was initially disappointed by the apparent lack of action.

It was only when, in 2026, that Admiral Law's Case Handler Suhad Adawi picked up the file did things get finalised to a resolution for me. I really appreciate the work Suhad undertook throughout the time she was involved; from identifying the insurance company which would admit liability, through to arranging my medical examination and seeking a settlement for me. Suhad kept me up to date on a regular basis and where I struggled to upload files to the Portal, she assisted me. I cannot praise her enough.
