I picked up my new car from Vauxhall Watford today and just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sales Executive Martin Diep. From start to finish, Martin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how reliable and trustworthy he was—he did exactly what he said he would, with no fuss or pressure.
Martin made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. I’m really happy with my new car, and even happier with the outstanding service I received. Thank you again, Martin!

Peugeot E-2008 diagnostic
Booked my Peugeot E-2008 in for a diagnostic after getting the dreaded electric traction fault which a different garage couldn’t identify. Got an appointment the next day of calling. The problem was identified the same day and a repair made for the next morning with the car ready to collect. My car was under an extended warranty through Cinch who were incredibly difficult and unhelpful but Tiaan Swart was incredible and refused to let them get away with it. He went above and beyond on multiple phone calls and emails until they approved the claim which I had resigned myself to lose. I never felt under any pressure and his customer service was brilliant and I was kept in the loop at all times. Will definitely only use Advance Maidenhead for all future services and repairs (hopefully not needing the latter).

I brought a second hand car from Vauxhall
I brought a second hand car from Vauxhall, Watford (Martin Diep) This was the first time I had brought a Vauxhall having had Fords all of my life. Martin was professional, courteous not at all pushy and very patient with all my queries and my x3 test drives!! He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and the whole transaction was seamless and stress free.
I would definitely recommend going to see Martin if you are looking to buy a new car.

I was in the market for buying a new…
I was in the market for buying a new car and I had my heart set on a new Clio as that is what I had driven since I passed my test but for some reason I wanted to rule out getting a Corsa so i popped down to my local Vauxhall dealer in Watford just to put my mind at ease, when I entered the showroom I was approached by a lovely salesman called Kishan I told him I wasn’t actually looking to buy a Corsa I just wanted to see what they are like compared to the Clio’s, he was understanding and wasn’t pushy at all he showed me around the Corsa and explained what features each addition comes with what car he was very knowledgeable about the cars and he gave me excellent advice. I told him I was going to look at the Clio’s and thanked him for his help, well after going to see the new Clio’s I realised it actually wasn’t the car I wanted and I ended up going back to Vauxhall Watford and explained to Kishan the Clio’s are out and that I’m interested in a Corsa now, he said he would look into finding me my dream car and within a week he did, I am now the happy owner of a new Corsa with the help of Kishan. If you are in the market for buying a new car I would highly recommend buying from this branch, Kishan was amazing with all the knowledge he gave me and all the staff were lovely and everything was explained to me in depth.

The dealership was outstanding!
The dealership made every effort to enable me to get the car I wanted at short notice, so that I could pick it up and drive home to Cornwall.
Reece went above and beyond my expectations, including video calls to see the car and transfers from the station to the dealership to get the car. The final gift of a box of chocolates for me, to thank me for my custom was an unexpected treat!
Thanks particularly to Reece, but also the rest of the team who were all so friendly and helpful. I and my husband are especially pleased with the car which is as described on the website and has been just what we wanted. I highly recommend this dealership.

worst car showroom in the world (Slough) unprofessional and very rude. I do not recommend!!! I bought a new car that has broken down twice already ( within 2 months) and no one bothers to help. Customer service also ignores the problem so the case will be forwarded to a lawyer.
