Sent email 6 times for a callback on a motor warranty. Up until now no response so makes one think how good are services. They should actually stop advertising and stop asking people to contact them. These guys looks like scammers.

Great in some aspects. Not so great in others.
They were extremely helpful during the order process. However, I had to submit our sales tax exemption form twice to the same email address. Then, for some unknown reason, it was 10 days before the item was shipped. I received the item in one day as it was shipped from a warehouse only about 40 minutes from my location. However, I was missing hardware when it arrived. The item was exactly what I needed or I probably would have returned it.
