Aimtools Opiniões

Goods arrived promptly and as I hadn’t read the ad properly followed up with comprehensive advice.

Purchased a
Manual Metal Cutting Shears 200 mm, works just fine , first class communications and speed of delivery, no complaints from me and would buy from again from them

Good service and reasonable prices

I've purchased from Aimtools on several occasions and the tools have all been good quality and good value. This purchase was the Katsu Solder Station. This has features that you would usually find on a more expensive station and the build quality is very good. I'm really pleased with it.

Arrived quickly
This was the second one bought, this time for a friend as a present.

Great product, very good quality.

Quality product. Great service. Great customer support.

Good price
efficient delivery
no complaints

Placed an order 10/2/26, states its been dispatched with a fed ex tracking number,
the tracking states it has been cancelled by the supplier AIM, and when i login in the orders states fullfield !!
so i am down £140.00 with no tool

Simple ordering process and speedy delivery. Very competitive pricing. Good quality product. Good communication from ordering through to delivery.

Fast delivery, accurate description, good price. Good quality tool.

I placed the order and paid.
They confirmed the order and payment was received and sent me the shipping confirmation with tracking info. when I checked the tracking info it states that the order was 'cancelled'!!!
They do not answer their phones and they do not respond to emails :(
Seems loads of customers experience the same type of issue with the lack of customer service.
I will give them a few more days and then I will ask for a refund....wish me luck.

I've purchased a few tools from aim tools on ebay over the last few years, always great service and the tools are very good value, I've just started buying directly from aim tools themselves and it's the same great service but at an even better price than through eBay. I'm really happy with everything I've bought and I will continue to buy from them.

Quality product.

No phone number to contact this company..only email which was frustrating.

The item was just as expected and delivery was with in time quoted. I would use them again.

Order taken and paid for a car lift. Confirmed and delivery info from fedex sent. Email received stating I had received a refund, no reason given. I emailed toask what had happened, no reply. I had to order a similar lift elsewhere. Perfect service this time.
