I have been purchasing bikinis from this brand since when i lived in Australia back in 2020 and i still have the very first one. The material is amazing and so durable and i still love the style and getting so many compliments when i wear it. I also recently had to contact the customer service because i was unsure about which size to pick on my top and they were very helpful and detailed, they also send me the full measurements so that i could comfortably pick the right one without having to worry that i might had to return or exchange size after. Really really happy and i cannot wait for the new collection to come out.

Recently purchased a bikini for my wife in bali. The staff really helped me find the perfect present including the right size and she absolutely loved the bikini and it fits perfectly!

Extremely unsatisfying. The bras that are supposed to be push up have zero pushup function. I tried returning it, but they don’t return items on sale. They also don’t dive any refund - just store credit. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Just got my first order today after requesting a last-minute size change. customer service was very helpful in finding the right fit, and my parcel arrived in just 3 days. The quality is amazing too.

I placed an order from them around two weeks ago. After one week of waiting, I contacted their customer support to ask how soon my order would be shipped. They quickly responded, saying it can take up to 7 days for the order to leave the warehouse.

After those 7 days passed, I contacted them again, and they promised to ship my order by the end of the week which never happened.

I reached out again requesting a refund, but they have now completely stopped responding to my emails. I also messaged them on Instagram, where they are ignoring me as well.

Never purchase from this company. I’ve never had such a terrible experience. I had to open an official dispute, and it’s not even guaranteed that I will get my money back.

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. ❗

I placed my order on November 10th and paid extra for UPS Express (3 business days) because I needed the items before my trip. More than a week later, the order was still marked as “awaiting fulfillment” - meaning it had not even been packed, let alone shipped.

I contacted the company multiple times:
• emails to their support address
• messages through their website chat
• Instagram DMs
• Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok comments

I received no real response or update for days.
The only reply I eventually got was a vague promise that the order “would be shipped Friday (November 21st) and arrive by Tuesday (November 25th).”

This promise was never kept.
The order remained unfulfilled, and no tracking number or shipping confirmation was ever provided.
According to their own website chat, my order is STILL labeled “awaiting fulfillment” - meaning it has not even been packed.

What makes this even more disappointing is that the brand removes Instagram comments very quickly, yet customer inquiries remain unanswered.
This speaks volumes about their priorities.

I paid for express delivery, but the service was not provided.
The lack of communication, the false promises, and the complete failure to fulfill the order have been extremely unprofessional.

I have now requested a full refund and will never order from this store again.
Anyone considering ordering here should be aware of the poor customer service and the risk of not receiving their items at all.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! Very bad customer service. I ordered a bikini which I paid for more than 100 EUR and it never arrived. After 2 months of waiting I contacted the support, turned out that they use a bad shipping company where they cannot track where the parcel is. After some messages asking for reshipping or refund of my money, they simply didnt answer anymore. After plus more than one month the tracking info updated and I could see that it was returned to the company. Again no answer from the online shop.
SAVE YOUR MONEY + TIME AND DO NOT ORDER HERE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I order $700 worth of items and the order never arrived and the tracking number from UPS has no tracking information. UPS said the package was never dropped off to them for shipping.

I have emailed 10 times already and have never received a reply back.

This company is a scam. They charged my credit card and never shipped the order out.

Ho comprato due set come regalo di compleanno a mia figlia e non sapevo cosa aspettarmi. Quanto il pacco e’ arrivato la qualità, i colori dei designs mi hanno assolutamente stupido e sopratutto il servizio e gentilezza offerta dal customer service.

I paid and never received my items. I spent over $200. The tracking stopped 20 days ago and they will not refund me my money. I never received my order and they will not refund. Unless they receive the good back i will not get my money back. Its not my fault the items never arrived and I'm being punished for their lack of care. Its their responsibility to use proper shipping company. They can see I never received my order, duty of care and customer service is non existent. Items come out of Indonesia. These guys cannot be trusted. Buy somewhere else. Dont risk it.
Now they dont even respond to my email.

I’m obsessed with this brand - the fabric has the most beautiful shine and the gold details give it such an elevated, luxe feel. Every piece makes me feel confident and elegant. Can’t wait to see what new colours they drop next.. hopefully some bright shaded for summer
