Great quality and smooth experience

The worst customer service
The worst customer service I have ever experienced :/. Wouldn't recommend buying from here.
I placed an order well in advance of my vacation (3/12),
I was trying to get info about my order multiple times ( was told three times in different dates that it would be definitely sent out tomorrow, even once that it was already shipped :D ).
Attempts to clarify the situation—both via email and Instagram—were mainly ghosted. I added a comment about this under Instagram post- so they at least respond, followed by another customer with the same problem- both were deleted and my order was cancelled.
Delays happen—I get it. But being misled and strung along for nearly a month, with zero accountability, is something different. Honesty from the beginning would have saved me time and frustration.
This is not what I would expect from a so-called luxury brand.
