This company needs to be congratulated for its efficiency and quality of customer service.I bought an acacia wooden table that arrived with the box torn which had caused slight marking on the table top. I sent photos of the table and spoke to a very helpful assistant. Within a few hours of my conversation I was offered a replacement table free of charge!

Bought a bench from them 350 not cheap…
Bought a bench from them 350 not cheap after just over a year all the finishing is peaked off sent photos was told it is normal and I have to buy a special paint from them and sand it all down and repaint it myself when I bought it it had a seven year guarantee but that doesn’t cover there workmanship would never buy anything from them again rubbish customer service

The service was great, but the website indicated that National Trust members would receive a 10% discount - the discount code did not work.

Regarding the National Trust member discount, we’re sorry for any confusion caused. We do occasionally provide discount codes to the National Trust for inclusion in their member communications, but this isn’t something that happens all the time. When codes are issued, they are created in limited batches and may have set expiry dates depending on when they were released.
