Excellent hotel with good staff. Food very good. Only issue was the reurn journey. Left LLandudno 45 minutes late as the driver (not Alfa) did not know about loading suitcases. Bad problems at Skelton, totally unorganized. You need a notice board for the bus return. Plus, the bus driver had no idea about driving to Hull and Beverley, he had not been there before.

Great holiday at fabulous hotel. Staff were amazing. Trips were good just perhaps small places bit should be shortened stay.

Lovely holiday based in Llandudno. 3 steam trains included in price. Hotel on sea front. Quite a walk into town for those with mobility to consider. Bus stop at

Food menu choice wide and served by friendly staff.

Great trips with a friendly and helpful driver. Lovely hotel fabulous room kept really clean. Only problem was service at meal times. Wait staff were disorganised and waiting for food so very slow service. One waiter Ryan was really good and kept apologising for delays in getting food out. He was really busy and getting a lot of complaints but kept smiling was really polite and friendly despite the pressure on him. Hotel is in a great location with a stunning walk into Melrose, which is full of lovely coffee and gift shops and a great museum. On the whole really enjoyed the holiday. Thank you

Unfortunately, I sustained an injury on our first night there and was unable to stay for the full 7 days. All staff at the hotel were fantastic in helping me. Craig our driver was compassionate to the point of dropping me off at the local hospital. Contacted Alpha and spoke with a lady called Louise who organised a taxi to take me and my husband home all the way to Yorkshire from Tenby. Our journey home was a pleasant one with our driver who was concerned for my welfare. We had 2 stops on the way home. At no point did I feel rushed. First class service.

Holiday was great from start to finish. Love how our cases are placed on the feeder coach & we see them no more until they are placed outside our hotel room and the same on the return journey. Lovely relaxing coach travel and our driver Jed was great. Good choice of meals & Gluten Free choices were excellent for one of our party. Variation of our tours were good too. Lovely room & lovely staff throughout the hotel. Entertainment was good too. Enjoyed the nightly bingo.

Excellent holiday to Torquay. Hotel was great and staff wonderfully friendly.

Hotel was well run and all staff were friendly and helpful. Get to see most places on the island although there is little more than time to get a coffee or bite to eat in most stops. Ferry timings make for two full days of travelling which is unfortunate but beyond Alfa's control.

Both hotel and driver staff friendly and efficient.

Very enjoyable 4 night self drive break at the George IV in Criccieth.
Hotel very conveniently located on High Street, with easy access to parking and to the railway station.
Staff very welcoming and obliging.
Beautiful part of Wales to explore.

Debbie coach driver was excellent and looked after us very well hotel and room excellent looked after very well nothing to much trouble and very clean Entertainment very good

Coach pick up was half hour late but you can't help traffic and roadworks.
Don't think drivers should put music on the coach, it's very loud, no adjustments available per seat and not everyone likes the music chosen in fact it is extremely irritating. Coach was a Aldermaston coach, well equipped but extremely cramped.
Got to Reading interchange and change over was done smoothly despite 3 coaches being held up in traffic.
Hotel was lovely, very clean and comfortable,rooms had everything you needed, lots of lifts, staff polite and helpful...just a shame it was opposite a multi story car park with views out onto graffiti city, would have been nice to look out over the Derbyshire country side. Food was quite nice with plenty of choice.
Driver was not very well informed about the places we visited but was a hired driver rather than Alfa staff, he was accommodating, polite and very witty though! He was a very safe and steady driver.
The places we visited were varied and interesting, had plenty of time at Chatsworth House and the villages we went to. Had a trip out every day, no "days at leisure" which I personally don't like! The cost of the holiday was very good value considering what was included.
Altogether we enjoyed the holiday very much and have already booked our next adventure!!!

Overall everything was good & excellent value for money. Wonderful staff from drivers to hotel team & a streamlined service throughout. E.G. Hotel staff had room keys ready on our arrival so no queuing at reception! Little gestures like this set Alfa apart from other coach holiday companies. Thank you

Comfortable coaches, lovely driver, friendly hotel, with a varied menu. The excursions were well planned.
And the weather was very kind, that may not have been down to Alfa, but it helped.

That Dave the driver took us to different locations on the island the hotel was very good except for the manger and one of the person behind the bar that my son Nicholas needed i.d for a non alcohol drink he is 23. The manger telling us he would have lost his licence thinking my son was drinking alcohol but he wasn't. Josh the waiter had his hands full with a lot of tables but he was very good.
