We've had fantastic holiday summer holidays in Tignes and Morzine with Alpine Elements. Really easy to book and all the staff are helpful and polite.

The hotels (Hotel Hermine Blanche, Morzine and Tetras Lodge Hotel, Tignes) are really nice with good clean rooms and a tasty meal selection.

We love the included activities (hence booking with them for two years running), they were well organised and good fun, the staff are always on hand to give advice too. The rafting is awesome!

Overall, fab holidays and looking forward to the next one.

Stayed at Chelet Well in Morzine, Aug '25. Great base for activities, comfortable accommodation, excellent hosts, and fab food. The vegetarian and vegan options were superb too, and made a great holiday even better by removing the worry about finding restaurants which cater for all. Would highly recommend Alpine elements.

Had such a great time staying at Chalet Phillibet. The location, accommodation, food and staff were amazing. Access to the hotel next door was an added bonus as well. But the most amazing thing was the value for money against the numerous free and discounted activities included.

The resort in morzine was amazing, the weather was stunning 35c all week. The chalet hosts thoroughly looked after us and the food was absolutely delicious (and I'm gluten, dairy & soya free) but certainly didn't go hungry or without taste! And the afternoon cakes were so good! Really nice to share meal times with other guests,

We have just returned from a week at the Philibert in Morzine with Alpine Elements .
Everything was spot on ! The food was fabulous , the hotel clean and comfortable with a lovely pool, sauna and jacuzzi .. the hotel is exceptionally well run by the manager Dan. The staff very friendly and helpful and the opportunity for activity is endless including amazing value with pre arranged activities ! Can’t fault this company !

I could not fault Alpine Elements. From booking and the pre departure info to the actual holiday they were great. The staff at the chalet were all so friendly, the chalet location was great, all the activities were fab and the food was amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Just returned from Tignes - Hotel Tetras. Fantastic week, the whole staff team were so friendly and helpful, room over looking lake was stunning. Lovely quiet location but you will sometimes need to get a bus up higher. Facilities all very clean and the food was lovely . Highly recommend.

Had a lovely week with two active boys in Morzine … wish I had booked two weeks! Transfer was easy, food was great all week, kids had a fantastic time making friends at the hotel. The week had the right balance of organised activities vs relaxation time and the included activities were fantastic. Enjoyed the pool, hotel very clean and staff nice. Want to come back! The mountains in the summer is a must - has this amazing combination of being buzzing, yet serene

Our chalet hosts, Ella and Josh, were exceptional. Great food and cakes all week in the beautiful chalet Delphine. The included activities were enjoyed by all and kept us busy and entertained all week. Overall a truly fantastic holiday. Well done to all the team at Alpine Elements

We stayed in Morzine at Chalet Austin for one week with our three sons and two of their girlfriends. The catered chalet option seemed to be the best for us and so it was. We were very well looked after by Frankie (with a little help from Hannah and Anna!) for our week there. Her cooking was great especially her cakes! We were never hungry and she kept the wine flowing! She was very happy to chat but was never intrusive. All of the staff that we had interaction with all seemed to be well drilled and capable! Met Barbara who was very very helpful indeed and really seemed to lead from the front. The chalet was lovely with good en-suites to each room. When we were there the temperature was in the early 30’s so very very warm. One of the bedrooms did get hot and hard to open window because of proximity to the road. But Barbara went out and bought us a brand new fan for that room which worked a treat. This was much appreciated! The various activities that AE organised were well done and they were helpful in pointing us in the right direction for extras such as horse riding….
Personally I would def use AE again …..

Fantastic week in Tignes July 25. Accommodation excellent & the Alpine Elements team were great - very helpful & friendly. The included activities were great, as was the hotel, food etc. Bar prices were reasonable too, what's not to like!!

Great company, this was our first experience with Alpine Elements and we would highly recommend. Staff are all so friendly and helpful, with great communication to ensure your holiday runs smoothly. We stayed at the Hotel Philibet and the hotel manager Dan was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We are a family with 3 children and various dietary requirements which can make eating out difficult to navigate. However staff were knowledgeable around managing this and went above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s needs. The activities were all very well organised and professional. A great family holiday with something for everyone, thank you Alpine Elements!

Fantastic holiday - so much to do for all ages - we were a group of 10 age range 19 - 64
All the alpine elements staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Chalet Nyon very comfortable. We hope to return soon.

Family holiday in La Plagne in April. Initially everything was great up until the bed bug infestation in the apartment. Alpine Elements management were very apologetic, we were eventually moved on the last night of our holiday to alternative accommodation, we had 4 days of holiday ruined and now Alpine Elements are offering zero compensation even tho we had bed bug bites and a ruined holiday, thank you for nothing, will NEVER use them again and I'd suggest nobody else does either.

When you say "your team" did everything they could, do you mean your Manager Charlotte who ran round doing as much as she could without any support from anyone else? Single handed she did what she could. However being moved on the last 2 nights of our holiday without any compensation isn't acceptable in all honesty. Bed Bugs! Bed Bugs! Bed Bugs! Started off in one room and then migrated to 2 rooms even with a so called "deep clean" they spread from one room to another. Family members were forced to sleep in the lounge and we all moved rooms and were inconvenienced in one way or another. Not acceptable at all !

I haven't even had my holiday yet (in fact I've only just booked) and yet I'm already raving about Alpine Elements as a company. The customer service has been wonderful and faultless with Charlie emailing back and forth making sure everything is thought of to respond to my request. I now how the perfect week booked in Morzine - roll on the summer.

Absolutely amazing! Chalet was perfect for our holiday consisting of two families. This was our first time in a catered chalet with kids and we wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!

Our chalet hosts Ev and Lydia were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble they really were amazing and made our holiday perfect!! Menus were delicious and a couple of minor adjustments were welcomed for the kids which we were very grateful for. The freshly baked cakes were the perfect end to a day on the slopes and thank you again for making my teenage son a birthday cake!

The chalet is amazing. Perfect for large families. Very clean, comfy beds and each room has its own facilities to use. The boot warmer and ski store were perfect to ensure dry boots every day too. The chalet is in a perfect location just a short walk to the centre of Mottaret. We had a few injuries too so the location worked perfectly for meeting skiers for lunch or going for a wonder round or if you have non skiers that want to go to a resort.

The ski area is fantastic. Lots of options depending on snow conditions. Easy to get to VT and Courchevel so you won’t get tired of skiing the same runs!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of Alpine Elements' chalets, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded all my expectations.
The chalet itself was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. The location was stunning, and it offered easy access to all the activities we wanted to enjoy. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the chalet girls. They were amazing! Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome and taken care of.
Whether it was the delicious meals they prepared or their local knowledge and recommendations, they contributed immensely to the overall enjoyment of our trip.
I would 100% recommend both the chalet and Alpine Elements to anyone looking for a memorable holiday. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future!

Fabulous chalet in Morzine (Petit Phillibert) with fantastic hosts (Rachel and Pete). The transfers from the airport were smooth and quick, hosts really made sure we were having a great stay and helped us plan our skiing based on weather/snow conditions as well. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be using AE again.

AE on very best form. Super chalet, with easy access to the cable car to Avoriaz. Tasty and well varied food, so much so, we didn't eat lunch on the slopes, we just skied through.
Very impressive staff team, super helpful, interested and focussed close to the end of a season. AE recruitment, staff incentives & staff culture deserve credit. Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. We'll return.
