Placed two orders so far, one was shipped the next day, the other was placed during the weekend and was shipped on Monday morning. The shipping took some time (ordered outside the UK), but both packages arrived full of samples, 5 different ones in each! I really enjoyed the fact that I could order all my favourite clean beauty brands in one place and at a reasonable price. If you’re not in a hurry to get your order, this is probably one of the best sites to order your clean beauty goodies from.

Without a doubt this is a scam. Place an order and you'll be sent a FedEx tracking number that will inevitably be delivered to a wrong address and signed for. Website looks fancy but given so many have had the same experience, I doubt they actually have any products. I reported it to my bank and got a refund.

Avoid this company. As others have mentioned, communication is basically non existent. My product arrived broken and despite sending several emails, I have been completely ignored. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from them.

Order number 25682, placed on 24th December 2025 (so Alyaka doesn't dismiss this a fake review)! Order status hasn't been updated since 24th December, it is now 11th January! No response to emails or "tickets".

Avoid this website at all costs. I placed an order for makeup on October 8th, and despite multiple emails and attempts to reach them through their online chat, I’ve received no response whatsoever. My bank is now investigating the transaction after I filed a dispute.
Do not make the same mistake I did — this site is completely untrustworthy and should be shut down.

I’ve been had over by this “company” and I’m raging they caught me. They appear to sell Raaw Alchamey products which is what I purchased. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve sent multiple emails. No response. Tumbleweeds. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered end of July, they’ve taken over £40 with a promise of a 2-3 day despatch still not arrived and have failed to reply to THREE of my follow up emails. Absolute scam site, stay away

I received a miniature version of the product I ordered which would be a fraction of the cost I paid, no response from 6 emails now. Please don't buy from them and be scammed by this website, they need to be taken down

No shipping status update, my order place on the 24th of May arrived mi-June. So the label "2-3 days delivery" is wrong and need an adjustment. Moreover, one item was the wrong one (conditionner instead of shampoo) and the most expensive product was missing (!) => the Yarok hair mask. I was so disappointed, I took photos of the delivered package (no breakage at all) with the products received and notifying the missing item.
Contacted them twice, no answer. No customer service.
I am angry, I ordered on their website a few years ago and had no problem with it.
Now, it seams the quality collapsed I am not the only one who reports very long delay of delivery, and missing product with no explanation.
To match the image of IA pictures used for their newsletter since several months (unatural and weird AF), I do believe they might have an all-automate-plateforme where robots prepare your order. Everything is made with IA and that's why nobody answers your mails / no customer service.
Will never order again on this website.

It’s been two weeks since I placed my order and I haven’t received any confirmation email. I’ve emailed twice asking for an update or to arrange a return, but no one has responded. This feels like a complete scam. NOT recommended.

Ordered an item, failed to arrive in the delivery period given at checkout. Now failing to respond to my emails. I am tired of companies such as this one, take your money and refuse to provide advised service. Therefore I have sent them an email and will seek compensation through the small claims court for the lack of response and stolen money.

Total scam company. Sent me half my order and there is absolutely no way to contact them. Tried 2 different emails, called them (automated information only). I'm going to contact my credit card company to try and get my money back. Avoid!!!

The order should have arrived within 2-3 days and its now been 2 weeks. They don't respond to emails. there is a number to call, which tells you to use the live chat on their website. there is no live chat.

Scam Company – Missing Items, No Support, and No Accountability

I placed an order with Alayaka two weeks ago and was excited to try their products. When my package arrived, one of the items was missing. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and Instagram DMs, but have received no response at all.

It’s now been two weeks with zero communication. There’s also no phone number listed anywhere to contact them, which is also very suspicious.

After checking Trustpilot and social media, I discovered that many other customers are experiencing the exact same issue—missing items, no replies, and no resolution. This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s a pattern of scamming.

Avoid this company at all costs. Alayaka appears to be a scam operation with no intention of fulfilling orders properly or supporting their customers.
