I had been a regular Alyaka customer for the past 2 years, however I ordered 3 items from them on Boxing Day, I have only received 2. I have emailed 4 times, tried the chat and a phone number provided by PayPal to no avail. I will not be using them again

Placed order December 6. No tracking or delivery notification. Hard to get hold of Customer Services. Got a response on December 14 saying they were waiting for delivery of product. On December 18 I contacted Paypal to cancel payment as no further response had been received from Alyaka. Very poor communication. I await product or refund via PayPal. Not recommended.

For combination skin, it's the best thing I've tried. It cleanses all the makeup with just one wash, doesn't dry out the skin, and has a light pleasant scent.

I just tried it for the first time, and I'm describing my impressions right away. The cream worked perfectly for me, and I have normal light skin. It applies evenly, conceals red elements, and doesn't emphasize pores. The entire face has an even, light tone. Perfect for me. It's exactly what I wanted.

Customer care needs to improve, I have requested to cancel 2 orders I placed. Initially I received a response explaining a delay with the backlog at the warehouse.
Over 7 business days later and several times reaching out to customer service to cancel the orders, no response.
It is extremely frustrating and there is no way to reach out by phone!
