I will not recommend this company. I have made an order on 16th Sept, it’s still not been dispatched. I have send 4-5 emails requesting them to confirm when will the order be dispatched, but no response yet (even though their website claims that they reply to all emails within 24-48 hours). I have no idea if and when will my purchase be dispatched.

It used to be a nice experience - until there’s something wrong. This time I ordered during sale, they shipped my order after 13 days of order placement with no update or explanation. Fine. Then there’s an item missing in my parcel when it finally arrived. Okay here comes the problem. No matter what I tried - I wrote them emails four/five times, used online chat box, all no response. Not after their guaranteed 48hr response. As if it is a scam and it’s a phantom company. They don’t have a hotline so I don’t know what else I can do to get my toner or £50 back.

Alyaka is a scam. Placed an order, that has not been shipped in two weeks. I reached out to customer service, but they don’t even bother to reply. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and will claim my money back. Reading reviews here, it seems this is the norm for service for Alyaka. Avoide!!
