I order often. There have never been disappointments. I always have the goods I need, the managers are polite, the orders are sent quickly. If you have any questions, the manager will always answer in the shortest possible time. The goods always came in good quality, with normal expiration dates.

Good selection of natural cosmetics. Employees will always competently answer all questions that arise, advise the product and talk about it.

Placed order 9 May & still not received. Delivery was supposed to be 2/3 days. I’ve sent emails and messages for updates but these are ignored. No telephone number to contact. Appalling customer service & will not use the company again.

No shipping updates on order placed on 26-05-23 automated online chat service says it’s awaiting fulfilment. I’ve sent a few emails and tried to contact them via social media, considering they have recent posts they’re continuing to ignore me. Either a scam company or incredibly poor customer service or both! Avoid!

Am 28.03.2023 habe ich eine Bestellung aus Deutschland in der Höhe von 554,40 EUR aufgegeben, diese habe ich sofort bezahlt.
Angaben vom Verkäufer beim Bestellprozess: Lieferung kostenlos, Steuer inklusive, Lieferzeit 3-7 Tage.
Da die Artikeln innerhalb des o.g. Zeitraums nicht geliefert wurden und ich auch keine Antwort auf meine mehrere schriftlichen Anfragen bekommen habe, habe ich die Bestellung am 12.04.2023 storniert.
Bis heute habe ich keine Antwort von alyaka bekommen.
Am 15.04.2023, 24.04.2023 und am 25.04.2023 habe ich die schriftlichen Erinnerungen bezüglich der Stornierung mit der Bitte um die vollständige Erstattung des Betrages per E-Mail an die angegebene Kontakt E-Mail Adresse versendet. Auch auf diese habe ich bis heute keine Antwort von alyaka bekommen.
Am 05.05.2023 habe ich aus Angst ohne Geld und ohne Ware zu bleiben, trotz meiner Stornierung eine unvollständige von von alyake per DHL Express versendete Lieferung angenommen. Die Steuer musste ich beim Empfang zum zweiten Mal bezahlen.
Auf meine schriftlichen Anfragen bezüglich des fehlenden Artikels (bereits bezahlter Preis 102,40 EUR) habe wieder keine Antwort von alyaka bekommen.
Natürlich habe ich alle Nachweise da, das interessiert aber den Verkäufer überhaupt nicht.
Mir bleibt es leider nichts anderes übrig als eine Polizeianzeige zu erstatten. Vielleicht kann mir die Polizei und/oder OLAF und/oder ActionFraud, Police UK dabei helfen.

I have been buying from Alyaka for several years. The whole experience can be spectacularly hit or miss. In the earlier days of my placing of orders, what was attractive about the site was the fact that they carry a lot of niche brands that are difficult to find in international distribution. They also deduct UK VAT for overseas orders, and used to be very generous with samples, too. They often give very generous discount offers.
The experience these days is increasingly troubling. As many of the comments here on Trust pilot indicate, they will allow you to place an order but it will only become apparent later that they do not have the stock. This can result in a wait of literally weeks for your order to ship. If they were more transparent about their stock levels, this would save a great deal of time and irritation.
The key factor is the failures of their customer service. As far as I can make out, there are only two employees. Sometimes they will answer a written enquiry ( there is no phone line and the instant messaging on the site is literally never manned); most often they will not. I have frequently had to resort to threats and multiple follow up emails to elicit any response. My current order is now pushing three weeks as unfulfilled; I have sent 3 complaint emails and none have been replied to. Reluctantly, I think it is the end of the road for me with this company. There is never any acknowledgement that complaints are heard; no sense of wanting to retain longstanding customers; no sign that feedback is valued or acted upon.
Content Beauty has a similar though not identical stock range, and is a much more professional and reliable organisation. I shall be giving them my money in future, and would advise others to do the same.
