I’m new here, but I am really impressed with the wide range of unique small brands, haven't seen one website totally devoted to such niche companies. I've just treated myself to a beauty box which is a load of small samples so I can try a load of products and then order a full-size one that I like. I even read I will get money back from the box if I order a full one! Sounds too good to be true ha. Great stuff and good job Alyaka.com...

Really bad customer service. They simply WILL IGNORE you. Once you paid for the goods that’s where it ends. Really sad as I have been shopping with them for quite few years and always received great service, however something changed in the last year. I have been trying to return an item and I’m simply getting ignored.

I have been shopping at Alyaka for several years and have always been satisfied with the service and products. The products are amazing and the customer service is amazing too! I rarely have to use them, but if I just need help with a product, they are so nice and helpful. I always recommend shopping there, thank you!

I made an order on January 3, but have never received the package! Today is February 18. When I checked the Royal Mail tracking number it showed that it was delivered to the PO Box. I have not received the package and the local post office said it has even not arrived in my country. I texted many times to customer service and never get an answer! I will not order from this website again.

I have been ordering with Alyaka for a bit over a year. They are usually slow in dispatch and slow in responding to emails / chats. At times, they made me wonder if the company had shut down.

I had been patient with every order. But it seems they are getting worse in time - my last order was made in late Nov and it only arrived on 30 Dec. I ordered 5 items and only 4 items were included in the shipment. 0 response from customer service regardless of how many emails and chat messages I have sent. Order with precaution. You have been warned.

Horrible customer service!
I’ve placed my order 28/11/2022 but I haven’t received my order yet.
I’ve contacted their customer service by email, but no reply.
The only way to contact them are only emails and chat on website. Their online chat is useless as well because it’s just automated response.

Placed on 30/11/2022 with £15 next day delivery charge. It is not delivered till now (08/12/2022). Only option to contact them is email through support and no reply received for any emails. Spent £109.40 and received nothing. Is it bogus company? May need to contact the bank to get the money back

I placed an order 28th august spending £470 and still my order hasn’t arrived , emailed many times and keep being told there on back order.Finall on the 35/11 I received a email that they’ve been dispatched but when I check the delivery tracking , nothing exsists I think I’ve been scammed and can’t even log on now so dint shop with them ,

No tienen permiso para enviar productos a España. Pero te permiten comprar y pagar, el pedido nunca llega y no te devuelven el dinero. Una ESTAFA.

Placed my order last weeek received order confirmation but no shipment confirmation as of today. Tried to contact online chat no one ever responded, sent emails to customer care, no one responded. Just keep being ignored. I m stating to get concerned , not sure if any one has had same experience and if they eventually replied?

What really turns me off a company is when you try to contact them but they won't reply. Placed an order last weekend and it is still showing on my account as unfulfilled. Makes you wonder if the items are even in stock.

Ordered from Alyaka several times.Everything is well wrapped and turns up very promptly. Probably too much of packing materials but at least all products arrive intact.
